The subscription is supposed to be unlimited. I add the astral titles to the library and all I get is a 2 minute into. When I add things I don’t care about everything is there. If I can’t get what I am after I will cancel. Show more

I can’t get more than a minute or two into any track before it abruptly stops and won’t start again. I’m not having connection issues with any other app, and considering I paid for a subscription this is a huge letdown Show more

Never being able to meditate and quiet the mind. Took me only a week of listening to hemi sync and I am able to achieve meditative states within minutes. Pretty cool! Show more

Just bought the yearly subscription and should have read the reviews first. I love hemi sync but this app offers very little, it’s a challenge to navigate and is a huge disappointment. Not much on it, hard to find meditations more than 3 minutes long, there are a few full length but this app is horrible. The app seems like it’s a work in progress release way before it was finished. Very little content and most are only samples. Show more

Never before have I seen app trial that was so determined to discourage subscribers. There is nothing to preview- just a bunch of 3 minute clips. And from what I gather from others even if you do subscribe, much of the content listed in the app is actually not in the app- you have to go purchase cds or downloads from the Monroe Institute. WTH? Total bait and switch. Wish the Monroe institute would stop killing their own sales by trying to push overpriced and old CDs. Apps aren’t even the way of the future - they are now. I am not some kid, I am a 53-year-old woman who realizes this. So disappointing. (And they handle their Expand app the same way. )They clearly don’t want to expand their market and have decided that they want the far fewer sales related to expensive CDs that very few people buy. If there was a decent selection in the trial and the app, I would have subscribed! Show more

I got a subscription with the understanding that I will be able to use all the tracks available in the app. Apparently some of them just 3 minutes samples…. Why are those listed as available? Would you please put all the samples in the separate category? Show more

This is a review of the app only, not the material. I was excited to discover this app. However, the usability of the app is a bit confusing and cumbersome to navigate. I primarily signed up for the gateway experience. I sat down and played the track. Only to find out that they are all only three minutes long. Please fix it as I love the material. Thank you. Some things seem pointless, like trying to see the album audio is in. Would be nice to have improved features. I don’t want to rant. But the flow can be optimized. Show more

So I used this for a couple years with no problem and it was free I had a sweet few songs I could pick to listen to for my daily meditation. I then paid for the subscription and nothing change same service I was using before. I never asked for a refund because I went right to reviews and everyone has the same problem. I still had access to my select few meditations. Until today when all of my meditations are now cut to 3 minutes. I would happily pay for HemiSync but, ya know I’d like to get the product I paid for. Not a fake subscription service. Robert Monroe’s work deserves better care then this. Show more

The mixer stops after 1 minute of playing. I can’t use it like this, but I paid. I’ve heard no response from support after reaching out twice.

This app doesn’t recognize that I paid for an unlimited subscription. I am not able to access any of the premium information despite having paid for it. When I contacted Hemi Sync directly I was told they couldn’t do anything because I had purchases through the app store. Show more

Despite having signed up (and restarted the app), still can’t access any more of the selections I’m interested in than a few minute preview. App Support button in App Store just opens the app, which just sits there and stares at you, knowing full well that nowhere in the app is there anything resembling app support. The button that gives you the option to buy seems to work without a hitch, though. This is basic, basic stuff…please fix! Show more

Purchased one year subscription for $69 and the app will not play more than a 2 minute sample. Directs me to make purchase of monthly subscription for $8.95. Total trash, will be contacting Apple for refund. Show more

It’s a shame the Gateway Experience audio is only available here and in such a disorganized and shuffled state of albums without continuity.

Love the content & cds that I purposed from a shop years ago but the app is a total joke. It’s suppose to be unlimited access but only a few of the tracks play completely through. It’s a nightmare to try to figure out which tracks you have access to & which ones you don’t. The 800 # for their customer support isn’t valid. I called the other # listed, left a message but haven’t gotten a response, & sent an email. Show more

I love the content and trust Hemi-Sync when it comes to binaural beats. But the app and accessibility, even the website, is SO frustrating. It’s a shame that a company with so much to offer can’t get us a decent way to access services. Even on my computer it’s an unwieldy website. It’s just so outdated. Things move fast and intuitively these days. If I had not been recommended this by an awesome MD I trust I wouldn’t continue to use the website and app. But I will because I don’t trust another company like this one. But please Hemi-Sync- help us out! Show more

I love Hemi-Sync audio and I use these tracks as intended. However, the technical problems with the app make it OFTEN nearly impossible. I have paid for an unlimited membership. Sometimes I can’t find tracks that I should be able to access. The most recent issue is an “internal error” so the app won’t load past the login screen. It’s a bummer! Show more

The app responds slow. Needs a lot of thinking time for each input. Please fix
