    Bought speakers, still trying to turn them on.
    iPhone and LSX don’t speak to each other. Impressive. Can’t even try if I like it. Bellow any acceptable. They may know how to make music, but sure it is not for anyone :/ ***frustrated customer*** Show more

    Unbelievably bad app
    This app should get ZERO stars, because it never actually worked with the speakers— I’m just using Bluetooth control from my iPad, which is lame because I have no ability to EQ the sound. Show more

    Dumb
    Terrible app. Speakers have no buttons and require phone app ridiculously often. Such a bummer.

    There is one app worse than this...
    And that is the other KEF app for these speakers. When everything works, these speakers sound great. Unfortunately, everything doesn’t work, most of the time. If you enjoy reinstalling the same app over and over, maybe you’ll like this more than I do. Show more

    Great speakers... when you can get them to work
    This has to be one of the worst engineered pieces of commercial software that I have come across in a very long time. Out of the blue, the speakers just simply stopped working. I had to reinstall the firmware and set them up again to get them to work. However, a few hours later they are non-functional again. Show more

    Terrible app! Terrible support!
    This app simply does not work. It cannot find the speakers even when they are connected to the network... I succeeded in getting them connected once, and it lasted for about 3 days. Then dropped again. I’ve read everything I can find, nothing works! I reached out to KEF, only get the manual quoted back to me... as if I cannot read. Don’t buy these speakers! You cannot control them without the app, and the app doesn’t work. Sad, but true. Maybe they will fix the app! Until then, you can throw away your money if you like! Show more

    Terrible.
    It’s a shame that these great speakers are subject to such terrible apps. Since the last update, my app won’t connect to my speakers at all. Ridiculous.

    Terrible app
    Crashes constantly, doesn’t update properly, poor app execution, and KEF should create web browser access for setup and speaker controls.

    It’s working for me.
    Maybe a few times I had to restart the app, but 90% time, the app is working fine with Pro Max. The only problems I’ve ever had was when I was on the expert mode and it wouldn’t let me make some changes, that’s the 10% of the time. Show more
