    Alexa sign in is broken
    Did they go bankrupt? Why can’t they fix Alexa Sign in screen, when I try to sign in it opens a white screen and there is no way to do anything Show more

    Alexa sign in crashes app
    Ever since version 2.8.7427 the speaker has asked me to sign in to Alexa on the app, but when I click that section the app crashes. I have tried reinstalling the app and restarting the speaker. No longer will it play music. Very disappointed. Show more

    Problem connecting via wifi
    I bought a Marshall - Stanmore II Voice Wireless Speaker with Amazon Alexa Voice Assistant, las week and still not connecting to the wifi, please update the app to IOS 13.1.2 soon as possible. Show more

    All FIXED
    Thank you for finally getting it right. I can now go from my iPad to iPhone with the speaker been connected and both platforms at the same time. Finally makes the speaker very useful device to bring me satisfaction and enjoyment. Well done developers. Show more

    Locks up
    No maneuverability. Screen locked saying no internet connection even though there is. Rebooted phone and reinstalled app and still cannot get past this screen. App useless.

    Limited Alexa capabilities
    Doesn’t support changing the wake word. Doesn’t support routines.
