    App doesn’t support PLT headset any longer
    Bought the iPhone12 and it won’t covert over. The app doesn’t work. It’s like their company is out of business. No one to contact.

    Find earbud is great feature, why not equalizer?
    The app is fine, I was surprised to find that there wasn’t any kind of sound adjustment or equalizer.

    They disabled firmware update
    New version took off firmware update function everywhere. It's rediciulous that some of the users cannot update the firmware and some of them can. And they actually purchased exact same product. Show more

    More EQ settings
    The app is fine, but I wish it had more EQ settings so I can turn the bass up or level out the EQ myself. ?‍♀️

    Cant connect to bluetooth
    This are horrible cant connect to Bluetooth. Blb2100... App tell you to connect to Bluetooth before the next step. However device cant be found on iphone 12.

    Update for the iPhone 12 Max Pro?
    Is there going to be an update for the 12 Max Pro because my 5100 can’t connect to my iPhone till there is an update for them?

    App took over earbuds and kept turning them off.
    Used the earbuds perfectly well for a month. Then I decided to get the App. The App took over earbuds and kept turning them off. About every hour the left earbud would turn off. The right one would stay on. Reset and about an hour later ... same thing. Was on my was to return the headset because it was still under warranty. Then decided to completely remove the App from my iPhone. Now the earbuds work great. Show more

    Can’t change language
    Go to Headset Language > no options show > tried factory reset multiple times, still no options to choose from. Headset language stuck on Spanish

    Terrible
    Worst app ever, just bought the backbeat pro 5100 not a cheap product. And I just found out i cannot upgrade the firmware. Apparently it works on android but not in IOS. Plantronics know the issue since January of 2020 or longer. Today 9 months later no solution for a product over $150 usd. What a terrible service, Their only solution was to disable options to check firmware and to check or upgrade the firmware. So we are stock with the old firmware 1.3. Wish i went for jabra or sony, this is terrible BACKBEAT PRO 5100 Show more

    App does not work well
    Almost all the features that would be great, like setting up Taps give a failed error message asking if both ear buds are powered on, same for changing the name and multiple other options. Sound is great it’s a shame I can’t utilized the promised features. Show more
