Musicians Friend is nothing more than a pawn shop. Don't think you're not getting a demo from a pawn shop or store being sold as new. Happens all the time.

The only way to see the current day’s Stupid Deal is to terminate the app, then restart it, which is a real pain. Seems like auto refresh or even a button that allowed you to refresh the stupid deal would make the app more usable. Show more

Way too difficult to navigate an order

Whenever I try to buy something through the app it never works it just has one error right after the other. I always have to go to the website and then my order goes through just fine. Show more

I love looking at the Musician’s Friend app at all the great stuff, but what bothers me is that on Stupid Deal of the Hour, it doesn’t give hourly updates. In other words, I miss 90% of the deals because I can’t keep up with it during the day because I’m working and can’t check in every hour. But should I get an update I can quickly glance to see if I’m interested. MF always has great deals though. Show more

It seems that more often than not, the app glitches and signs me out while I’m browsing or managing a wishlist. This happens on the website on my PC as well. Other than that it’s a great app. Show more

Had a hard time getting it to take my password then had to put in my password about 4xs after I was already logged into the app.

Decent app for shopping quickly for deals. But my first attempt to purchase something through Musician’s Friend was on the app and was difficult. It kept giving me an error, telling me to choose a payment method, even though I had everything filled out. I logged in on the web and was immediately able to complete my purchase without any errors or difficulties. Show more

Unbelievable to find out the speaker that I was expecting last week hasn’t even processed. Needless to say I am beyond disappointed with Musicians Friend and it’s process on handling orders. I kept getting the runaround from different people including various Guitar Center calls I received saying at first they were gonna send me an open box model, then resourcing to other stores that never processed my order when I needed it before a specific date. I ordered 2 speaker and got one on time but lost the other one!! I canceled the order and will order else where I was hoping to find that Musicians Friend was the Amazon of musical instruments but obviously that’s not the case. Show more

My favorite out of the big box music stores The only difference I can see between MF and their sister co. GC is a few different limited edition colors on some instruments and MF carries Musicians Gear strings which are $2.50 packs of cheap strings which I dig for casual play Show more

Love musicians friend. Their app is phenomenal and they have a great support Dash customer service department. Not to mention the awesome rewards program.
