How do get past the subscription page. I've already subscribed to it now how do I listen to it

I was all ready to sign up on the annual plan, but the app doesn’t move off of the ‘trial period’ screen, so no music, no nothing. Gave it 24hrs, thought it needed to update or something, still nothing. Tried to contact someone via the website, no response. Terribly disappointed and will not waste any more time or money. Love the music in general, and the fact that you can put nature sounds and white noise on top, but thought that the customizations included changing the balance of the music and overlays, addition of binaurals, music length, etc. The nature sounds are often too loud and distracting. What am I missing? Show more

After I subscribed for the yearly subscription it didn’t transfer me to the home page where I could actually start listening or exploring the app. After I tried to relaunched the app it kept taking me to the subscriptions page. So, I canceled my subscription and deleted the app! Sorry but you’ve lost me on this one. At first i was very excited about this app but after it did that to me it totally tuned me off! Show more

I subscribed for the yearly but it keeps showing me the signup page. I tried restoring purchase and resetting phone but doesn’t work

Very good app. And you can combine whichever nature sounds you like!

I love this app! Especially for the price. You can customize and set timers. It’s perfect!

As someone who loves to unwind with a relaxing music app, I downloaded this app because I have listened to its YouTube channel and it’s music is amazing! However, the one thing that is very frustrating are two things (1) You are required to have a paid subscription to be able to use the app at all and (2) when you attempt to reach out to support, they never respond at all. It’s too bad the lack of response from support is evident because the app itself is great. I just wish that it doesn’t require a paid subscription. Show more

I really love Yellow Brick Cinema's music.. it's very calming.. however the app will run a few times and then prompt you to sign up to pay money for the membership though you get 7 days free.. was disappointed, you have to pay to use the app. I guess I'll go back to other apps... Show more

It’s good the first day then the next it was all glitchy so I redownloaded it and I’m seeing if that works. It now also will not play music if my phone turns off Show more

It’s good for studying, rest and blocking out distractions.

Deceiving. Should be free down load for a a couple days to see if you like it. Having to buy aps then getting your money back is a hassle at best and relationship not built on trust. Esp for the type of AP it is lol meditation etc kick back relax. Show more

I just downloaded this and was navigating around and this is awesome! I love the presets and then add nature sounds and other things on top of it. And love that you can set a timer for when it stops. Also love how non expensive it it! My wallet appreciates it a lot! Please don’t raise prices and get stingy. GREAT APP OMG Show more
