Music enhancement is awesome and very customizable. Only problem is there's no feature similar to Soundchrck on iTunes. Songs play at all different levels requiring constant adjustment. Don't know why they can't incorporate this. Show more

I see Spotify in the ad but it’s not an option in the app itself and I have Spotify downloaded on my phone. ??

Just terrible. What a waste of time looked online thought it worked with YouTube Music does not look to see if it work with Apple Music does not all this. I found out after I purchased it for 20 bucks. I want my money back what a piece of junk. Show more

The app itself is pretty great, I got it in 2021 and used it until summer '22. Comprehensive features, made my factory car system sound way better, headphones as well. The only issue I have is that I am a Spotify user. I completely understand that their updated terms are out of your control; nevertheless it's still disappointing as I bought a lifetime subscription and now I can't/have no reason to use your app! I imagine this is bittersweet for both developers/creators of the app and users as far as the $$ — user engagement relationship goes. Disappointed but no hard feelings; keep making the app great for other streaming service users. Bless ?? *Updated* I did forget to add that interface could definitely be more user friendly in terms of being able to access/navigate playlists and library more easily… not sure if that was only the case for spotify or for the other services as well. So i got this app in 2021 hoping it was going to be better quality than spotify but as time passed, i bought a lifetime purchase but a couple months later, they REMOVED SPOTIFY BECAUSE OF COPYRIGHT REASONS. so now i have a lifetime subscription for an app i cant use! I like the sound well enough that I bought it but the iPhone app still has massive problems. The basic controls are not functioning properly. The button to skip backwards to the last song almost never works. The time readout is never correct, sometimes showing that a song is over an hour long and has timed out at the same time. The app will suddenly start skipping to other songs while you’re in the middle of listening to one. Also, the sound controls are in at least three different places rather than in one place, and good luck trying to find the set you need when want it. It seems like the developers are more concerned with making the app available to as many streaming services as possible rather than first getting the basic controls down. I have had their Imac version for many years and it took almost three years before they got the glitches out of it. I’m sure they will on the phone app but you better have patience waiting for them to get this right. Show more

These folks have done a great job. The spatial quality of the sound and the expansive equalizer capability are both great. The only problem is that you can only use it with certain music players and not others. And you can’t use it at all to boost sounds in movies. If this were global (able to process ALL sounds going to the speakers) it would be a true game changer. And I understand that might not be possible. But it should be. Show more

As a music player, BOOM has a long way to go before it can rival other apps. I wish they would make it a little more user friendly when it comes to making playlists and organizing your music. Making a playlist from stored music is EXTREMELY tedious. You have to add one…song…at…a…time manually. The help files and knowledge base are incredibly limited for an app that has been around this long. Still. It DOES sound good. Show more

This app does the following: -Reverts to sorting playlists from Tidal by date added rather than alphabetically, even though on Tidal they are sorted alphabetically and even though I set them in this app to be alphabetical. -Fails to retrieve all playlists from Tidal - only pulls about 1/4 of my playlists into the app. This is on both my iPhone and iPad. This is app behavior that I would expect from a free app, not a paid app. While it sounds great, it hardly matters if I can’t find or play my music. Show more

useless, pay for lifetime and every time I lock my phone my music stops playing, I have to open my screen to continue listening to my music, what a frustration.

How do I get Spotify on it????

This is a solid app doing what it says. There is one big shortcoming for me though. It would be so much more usable if there was a way of making whole folder playable off-line or at least had a feature to select all songs of the folder in order to make them playable off-line in one click. Making all the songs off-line from a folder of 50 songs is staggeringly unwieldy and time consuming. I paid for life-long license and I asked for this reasonable feature two years ago. Not long after I bought this app they dropped support of Spotify streaming! so now this app is totally worthless.

This app is great. I loved the bass boost and EQ presets. I keep lots of my music on Dropbox. I liked the way how the tracks are organised in the app. Show more
