    Bad app
Not user friendly and not what I was hoping for. I wish I could get my .99 cents back.

    Useful & Fun For Lessons
I can’t speak for what this app was like 3 years ago as another review says, but now it is a very useful training tool. I am mostly using the Note Recognition game but the other ones are useful as well. It makes lessons fun for the student. After they identify the rhythm correctly by ear, have them play it, then faster, then across the toms. Have them play it on the kick then play count 2 and 4 on the snare. If you get creative, you can take these games to another level and you don’t have to write out a bunch of rhythms that they can’t listen to later. Show more

    Needs work
    (1) The game didn't acknowledge correct answers (I'm a music educator) (2) It didn't advance to the next level (3) It's not intuitive (4) I couldn't find any instructions (5) I could tell there were ideas but nothing was fleshed out to a point of usability Show more
