Cadenza Live is designed for student, amateur and professional-level instrumentalists playing Western classical music. Designed for iOS mobile devices, Cadenza Live allows you to practice, rehearse and perform with live piano or orchestral accompaniment that follows you in real-time using musical artificial intelligence. Cadenza Live provides an ever-expanding library of 1000+ pieces and movements covering the core classical instrumental repertoire. By placing you directly in the center of the musical ensemble, Cadenza Live helps musicians develop a deeper understanding of repertoire while providing an unparalleled tool for reflective practice. Cadenza Live offers two auto-renewable subscription plans through in-app purchase - the "Cadenza Monthly Subscription" and "Cadenza Annual Subscription" - allowing full access to download and play any piece in our music library. Most of the library is available worldwide, though some pieces are subject to copyright restrictions in some countries. The Cadenza library page shows the repertoire available in your country. Please check the library page prior to purchasing a subscription. When purchasing either of the subscriptions a payment will be applied to your iTunes account on confirmation of the purchase. The subscription fee will be charged to your iTunes account within 24-hours of the end of the current period upon renewal. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel any time with your iTunes account settings. IMPORTANT notes on the musical experience of Cadenza Live Accompaniment: (1) When using Cadenza with built-in microphone & speakers on your iPhone/iPad, please remove the cover or the protection case of your iPad/iPhone -- your device cover or case will reduce the built-in microphone's ability to hear and record your playing. (2) Please use wired headphones or external speaker(s) when playing with Cadenza Live. The built-in speakers / earphones on your iPhone/iPad cannot play the accompaniment loud enough. (3) Cadenza had been tested on all Apple AirPods and AirPods Pro models and can automatically or manually adjust to accommodate some wireless latency. But for your best music experience, wired speakers/headphones are recommended due to the large Bluetooth latency. Please review our Terms of Use https://metamusic.ai/cadenza/ios/cadenza_ios_terms_of_use.txt and Privacy Policy https://metamusic.ai/cadenza/ios/cadenza_ios_privacy.txt before playing with Cadenza Live and purchasing a subscription. Very buggy
This app is very buggy. Often the accompaniment just doesn't play at all or suddently sustains a note for no apparent reason. And it's very expensive. Maybe future versions will be better. I do not recommend it. Show more

    Amazing app! Just some bugs
This is a really great accompanist, especially during the Covid pandemic. However, in Messager solo de concours, I noticed that the piano was still running during the cadenza passage, making a distorted sound. Show more

This is an impressive accompaniment app
It took 5 minutes to get started, mostly spent hunting down a cable to plug in an external speaker. It followed along with my tempo changes, ignored my mistakes, and nailed its entrance after a cadenza. It is so much fun to play along with. Give it a larger repertoire and it will be just about perfect. Show more

    Great app, hope it lasts!!
This is a follow-up of a previous version that went bankrupt. Now they have relaunched it and enlarged the repertoire. It is really useful for anyone playing a soloist instrument and wishing for an orchestra to follow you. It actually does!! So you play your part and the orchestra listens to you, slows down accelerates... as you do it. It’s really great and I hope the business model works this time!!! Show more

    No instructions
I have no idea how the app works. No metronome, no recording of the solo, no instructions. How do they expect me to use it when there’s no explanation of how to use it? Show more
