    This App is a fraud. You pay for the content and it does not unlock. Do not pay for in-app purchases.

    Bought but can’t access the lessons
    Don’t bother with this. I bought the lessons and still cannot access them. No customer service. Horrible. I am trying to get my money back.

    Purchase will not work
    I have paid $64.99 for the “all languages” option. Yet when I went back to the app after paying, every lesson beyond lesson 1 remained locked. When I click on lesson 2 I am, again, redirected to the sales page. I have emailed the contact individual who comes up when you click on “report a problem” in the app…3 times. I have received no response. I believed this was a reputable company?! Show more

    Not only I cannot get access to the courses I paid for, I cannot reach a human being at radio lingua to resolve the problems

    Not working properly
    App took my payment but won’t work. It won’t play the second installment (the first was free) And I am able to click on every menu item EXCEPT “report problem”. I can’t find a way to get help Show more

    This app is a scam
    The developer is reselling content they are not authorized to sell. CoffeeBreakAcademy does not authorize and endorse any apps within the Apple Store: Thanks for your message. You mentioned the app in your message. Please be aware that here at Radio Lingua we don't actually produce any apps. This app that you are referring to is an unauthorised app that appears to have been built by a developer in Russia. You will notice that the app developer is not Radio Lingua. Radio Lingua have already entered a legal process to ensure that this unauthorised app is removed from the App Store. As you have purchased this app, you will need to contact Apple regarding a refund. Refunds are normally only granted within the first 30 days of purchasing. Failing this we would suggest that you contact the developer of the app as listed within the app itself, although from the experience of other listeners who have also bought the app it is unfortunately unlikely that you'll hear back from them.
