The app operates solely on the input of the user, providing responses and prompts on the screen to help the user identify the locations of notes and intervals within their scale patterns. This method is far more effective when learning scales compared to other similar scale apps that are limited to displaying and playing back scales. There are some common scales that you will find used throughout this app, including Major, Natural Minor, Major Pentatonic, Minor Pentatonic, Major Blues, and Minor Blues. The arpeggios included in the app are Major Triads, Minor Triads, Augmented Triads, Diminished Triads, Sixth Arpeggios, and Seventh Arpeggios. There are also seven major modes and octave displacement as well. The app will help provide you with a solid foundation for scale patterns within the five CAGED shapes.
