The app doesn’t even let you make an account t

I tried making an account with both of my emails and they went through but smh I can’t even log in...When I try to reset it says “error”...pls fix this

Errors

I’d made an account and now I don’t remember the password , many times tried the”frogot password” bottom but it says”internal error” and doesn’t work Could you please fix this?!
