    The BEST practice aid ever!!!
    The customizable features of strum machine are amazing! For musicians at ever level, this app was clearly designed by a musician to help other musicians develop in all the essential ways. The preloaded songs are awesome! But, so is the ability to change them, change keys, add my own songs, and change speeds. Every musician knows there are those tricky phrases and this app let's you conveniently highlight those and practice them over and over, at whatever speed you need to get them into muscle memory. I also love the auto- speed up feature with settable top speed to practice playing faster at a settable bpm rate (I usually increase by 2 bpm) which is a fantastic way to develop skill! I also like being able to set which backup instruments are playing. I am learning mandolin, so when practicing chop chords, I turn off the mandolin chop in strum machine so that I fill that roll with the bass and guitar. I use the preloaded songs to practice improvising using major, pentatonic, minor scales and arpeggios. I can't say enough about how thoughtful this app is and how helpful it is to any developing musician. Well done and thank you!!! Show more

    Wish I found this sooner
    Fantastic app for honing timing and accuracy, and so configurable yet simple to use which to me is the biggest factor for my rating. I have enjoyed immediate day 1 results from using it and see this bring my go-to practice aid for the foreseeable future. Show more

    App freezes
    I love this app but your recent update has caused the app to freeze while using. Please fix this and the app will be fantastic again. Update they fixed the issue quickly and the app is once again FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!! Show more

    Newest update
    The powerful sounding guitar has been replaced by a twangy sounding one. It would be nice to have both as options, instead of just removing the old one.

    Awesome practice app! ?
    Thank You for developing the Strum Machine app! I have been using it for about two years personally and with my fiddle / guitar students over the pandemic. It's made a world of difference when I am teaching kids and adults how to jam with others. And, the app has definitely helped those who have not been able to jam lately due to quarantine. Many of my students use it on their own during practices at home, and they say it makes the practice even more enjoyable! So thanks so much! Show more

    Amazing Practice Tool (Banjo Lemonade)
    I recommend this APP to all my students learning Banjo, Mountain Dulcimer, Mandolin, and Seagull Merlin. This makes practicing so much fun! I can sit with this and play through all my normal songs at any speed and in ANY KEY. I cannot recommend this enough! Testing out your chops in other keys, trying to increase your speed with accuracy, improvisation, and learning (as a beginner) to play in TIME is so crucial. Great job!! Show more

    Love the app—when it works…
    The last two times I’ve tried to use it’s it wouldn’t download. I keep having to delete it and reload it. Not worth all the hassle!

    Best app ever!
    This app is so user-friendly but even better, it makes me so much more eager to practice. It has so many unbelievably cool features and so much customizability. It’s a thousand times more fun than practicing with a boring metronome (zzzz) and has super cool features like being able to change the key, the speed, to create medleys (new!), and to slow down the challenging parts. I adore this app and use it daily. Show more

    Outstanding
    Easy to use, good library, continually improving, good sound. Laptop and phone use for me to practice guitar and banjo. Well worth it!
