About Us Maria Lawson is a singer, songwriter and actress who has worked in the music and entertainment industry for years. She was signed as a solo artist to Sony Music and recorded several singles and albums. Prior to that she was a finalist on one of the biggest talent shows in the world - The X Factor. Maria has performed principle roles in the West End in London’s theatre district, on TV and musical tours as well as sung with various artists including John Legend, Kelly Clarkson, Anita Baker, Gabrielle and more.
