I’ve had this for some time. Not quite a year ago, I paid $40 for an annual subscription. It’s not up for another month, yet I cannot access my account without getting asked to subscribe. I sent them a note a week ago, and got a quick reply with a question and suggestion based on the question. I responded immediately and trie the suggestion, but it didn’t work. It’s now been a week with no responses on how to fix. Why would I send them another $40 to renew late next month. Neil is now part of the establishment he’s been critical of for decades, it seems. Every time I go to open this app it takes a long time to open. It gives the spinning wheel for so long that I typically give up on it. And then when it opens it has signed me out. Almost every time! Honestly wish Neil would just get back on Spotify. $19 a year or whatever it is is not worth this dysfunctional app Show more

I subscribed so I could listen to Neil Young after he left Spotify. I’m excited to have access to his complete library. However my first impression is that the app is not great. The search feature crashes the app making building playlists tedious. Albums are listed by album cover which makes it hard to find a particular song/album if don’t already know where to look. Finally, the music player doesn’t have standard repeat or shuffle options. Show more

I’ve had a bunch or correspondence with tech support because I’m being repeatedly kicked out to the login screen on both iPhone and iPad, and both the app, and now the website, will hang on the red spinning insert (the page does work on my PC). Their response times are pretty slow, and now they tell me they lost all our correspondence and I basically have to start off from scratch. Show more

when I first became a member it was working fine now the app no longer works doesn’t show the timeline to be able to listen to the music and they charge you for it anyway. Unable to contact customer support it goes to a 404 message Show more
