    Good for free
This app was amazing as I can see right now in the first few days of using it. It’s amazing considering other apps you had to pay too much for such little features. This app has other features that you need to pay for but the free features are all I really need. If you need pdf importing than you will need to pay but otherwise this app does a good job. Show more

    Many Errors
This app is way over sold. As are other cheap or free music scanning apps. It works great for scanning and playing the music. If you want to edit or transpose music it does not convert well. It’s ok if you don’t mind a lot of error correction work in other music editing software, but that is not what I needed. I tried this app half a dozen times and cancelled the professional subscription. I bought a more professional program that works great. Show more

    Music
I like this app but I have some music in my house where it’s a multi pager and I would like to take a picture of all the pages to be on the same document instead of have each page it’s own document. It might be that I can’t figure out how to add multiple pages to one document, but if you don’t have the option to add another page on the same document please add it because it would help me a lot. Thanks for making this app because without you I would have to carry 5 binders where ever I go just in case a friend or family member wants me to play something for them. Show more

Very sensitive to camera angles and lighting
If a person wants to capture an individual cleft in order to practice their part in a choir, the program refuses to recognize the capture. Sometimes the program will play the last half of the cleft. Show more

    Good, but….
My first experience with an OMR program and the technology is amazing. So far happy with Playscore 2 but noticed that it drops an occasional not (in this case a Gb above the stave). Will keep working with it. Show more

    This app could’ve been better
When I ask it to play my music, it will skip 5 lines and then play the second measure. I can’t get a good photo of my music and it doesn’t sound anything like my instrument. (It also doesn’t read flats or sharps) Show more

    Great app for band players
I have very much enjoyed using this app to help me practice band pieces however I do wish it had more instruments to choose from.

    Awesome app!
I have been using this app for the last year and a half, and continue to be impressed with its accuracy. In the past I have tried very expensive apps which don’t even come close to the accuracy and ease of use of PlayScore2. Its XML export into music notation apps has saved me countless hours of tedious work. It almost seems like magic. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Show more

    Pretty good
I love the app and am using the free version, full disclosure. I believe it is one of my favorites, not only due to the accuracy, but also because of how well the features work. That being said, I believe the interface could be improved. Yes, it does work, but it feels dated. Some icons overlap (iPhone 12). The setup works but it could be improved. The metronome to adjust playback speed is very important, but I would love if it could be changed via a keypad because getting that correct tempo is important. It understands tempo quite well, but if a tempo indicator is given at the beginning, I would love if the tempo would be automatically adjusted to that tempo instead of always being at 80. It is extremely accurate, but sometimes it is clearly wrong. Rarely does this happen, but I would like if we could send inaccuracies and inaccurate scores directly to you so you can improve the quality with real life examples. If the instrument name for a multipart score is given, and the app has the instrument, I suggest you automatically set it to said instrument. The ability to see a keyboard playing while the score plays is recommended to add, with hands being isolated, if parts are given. Oftentimes a score has a name and composer, so add the ability to auto fill said info if it is given. This app is more than capable to do that since the OCR is phenomenal. Overall, the app is great but could be easily improved to help even more! Show more
