I wanted to love this app, who wouldn’t love the idea of earning points based off your music listening habits to trade in for rewards on top of staying connected to your favorite artists?! Unfortunately they don’t follow through on those rewards. I traded in my points for a shirt for my fave artist and they went silent on me, I’ve never received said shirt. Really disappointed. This app is useless and won’t actually let you sign up. It also installed a second app that I didn’t want. Sadly, the promoters for Breakaway chose to partner with a crap app. Show more

App consistently doesn’t work. Couldn’t log in for days and now my account seems to be gone! Glitches throughout and issues with uploading videos, using music, and even just keeping the app open. Decent idea, but needs major improvement. Show more

I love it it’s great and all but sometimes is just very slow or it will bug out a bit and won’t play a song like the play button sometimes doesn’t work , also I wish it showed the currently playing tab on more of the screens of the app instead of just in the home screen area , over all its great just a bit buggish sometimes which can be frustrating a bit Show more

Super cool idea. Definitely would use it. Won’t let me update profile to be able to participate in any rewards. Always get an error using the app. Please fix it

This app is horrible. Using it for Groove Cruise meet and greet entries. Crashes every 2 seconds. Pop ups saying “something went wrong” when trying to enter any contest. Photo showing my karma being double what’s needed to enter contest then when it did “work” it says I have 0 karma even tho the exact same screen is showing the well over 1k karma for that DJ. AWFUL and ruining the contest entries and experience!!!!! Show more

I like the idea of being able to connect with other people in the music scene and being able to earn rewards. But I can’t even figure out how to earn rewards or easily find my karma score. I go to my karma and it shows other artists’ karma?? What does their karma even mean? I only can find mine if I click on a reward to see my balance, can’t see it in my wallet. It keeps saying I’ve earned 50 karma and my karma score never updates past 78. It crashes a lot too. Every time I go to my profile it wants me to update it even though I’ve saved my info 5 times it still doesn’t save.. the user experience is just really confusing and the app is too glitchy right now. I hope the issues get fixed because I think it could be a great app. Show more

Message page/section glitches/shows up as a blank screen. most of the time cant even open the chat section at all

It just keeps crashing & not working at all. Bummer. I really liked using this app.

I was getting karma for every song i listened to until i hit about 1320 karma then songs stopped giving me karma. I've tried restarting the app, redownloading and using other devices but nothing works. The devs need to fix their buggy app or just take it down. It was a 5/5 app until it stopped working and I realized that everything i did was pointless in the end. Show more

Love the concept of getting points just for listening to music! I wish this existed sooner! I had an awesome experience at Dirtybird CampInn 2021 and had so much fun getting to do interactive experiences with some of my favorite artists at the festival. Show more

Redeemed three rewards before DB Campinn and got to meet three amazing djs and screw around a bit. Concept is great, they're working on bugs, when it gets a few more features and more stability it'll easily be 5 star worthy. Requires Spotify premium. Feature idea: be able to play "XYZ radio" from the app as that's how I mostly use Spotify. Can't wait to see where this goes! Show more

This app has terrible privacy and security settings. It seems that passwords are limited to a small length and cannot accept numbers. There are no options to control your privacy settings. There is no option in the app or on the web site do delete your account. Shockingly lacking in the year of 2021. Show more
