Much better than “Music” The built-in Music App is far too cluttered with Apple Music features. If you’re not using Apple Music, you’ll be having a hard time around the built-in app, as the navigation bar at the bottom will be completely unusable (confined to the 1st tab). Therefore, Loud offers a great alternative!! Unfortunately, it is still slightly buggy now... and the inability to make changes to the play queue is a disappointment. Show more

This app has everything I’ve wanted. I’m experiencing a little bug though in the songs tab. I press a song to play and another song plays instead. Other than that this app has all the visuals and interface to feel the music your playing! Show more

App is really cool. It has a great design so I love it. But there are so many bugs at playing songs. Please, fix it ??

What a useless app. This offers nothing you don’t have and is missing a plethora of features your default apple music player has. The plainest most useless app I have downloaded in a LONG time. Don’t waste your time. Show more

Everything works A-okay except when streaming albums and leaving this app in the back, the first track never scrobbles for some odd reason. You get better results with scrobbling if you download the the music and play it from inside the app. This app is the reason why I'm not updating to iOS 11 if I'm being honest Show more

I’ve used Loud since it was first released, and before that, its predecessor SmartPlayer. While I’m grateful the author is attempting to fix long-standing bugs (some of which were even holdovers from SmartPlayer!), removing the playlist functionality is pretty close to a death blow. I cannot update to a version of the app that removes one of the key features I use. I’d far rather the “play after next” button be removed (which just crashed things) than playlist support be removed (which allowed for editing of the current play list, with removing and rearranging of tracks - making the “play after next” button unnecessary anyway). While the author has always be pleasant, the actual technical support has always been woefully lacking, and this update makes the app all but pointless. I recommend you look elsewhere. Show more

The app no longer scrobbles from Apple Music to last fm. What a drag!

This app could be the perfect successor to Snartplayer, but its interface is far too cluttered. It's impossible to view artists and albums as a simple list without the images that make the list bulky and impractical. There's also the unnecessary 'latest release'. If it were possible to turn off the pictures and the latest releases, the app would be much more usable. For now I'll be sticking with Smartplayer. Show more

Simple, elegant and beautiful. By far my preferred way to play music on iOS.

Nice layout, fast, some options need some kind of explanation to find out what they do.

It's a great replacement for SmartPlayer (which I loved!). Can't believe I didn't realize he gave up on SmartPlayer and started this project instead. Definitely worth the $3!

this app has always been great to me, its beautiful in every way but the last update isnt showing the album covers when scrolling.. its like a glitch.. other than that its very good. Show more

Update 2: The newest update has made the app feel polished and smoother. Keep it up! .......... Update: The app has become relatively unstable. Freezes when opening after awhile, buttons don't work and it's lagging constantly. .......... I've been following this app's development for a while and we now have the full release and I have to say, it's great. Interface is beautiful and above everything it works with last.fm. Only thing missing now is a shuffle all button. Show more

The interface is beautiful and the ease of use even better. If it could display lyrics I'd give it 5 stars.

This app is way way way better than the preloaded apple crapp. Clean and intuitive, not loaded w extra useless features. Digging the artist pics too.
