    Do not buy
Great look, great sound, terrible performance. The Wi-Fi is always dropping out, the various speakers won’t stay connected to each other. It’s a constant annoyance.

    Terrible Useless App
I’m not sure if it is the app, the product or a combination of both, but it is so bad my product is unusable. It is so bad I’m asking Tivoli to return it. This was purchased to replace an AudioCast Device ($20.00) that had a better UI and worked better. I purchased a Model CD with the intent of hooking it up to my Model 1 Tivoli and using it to play music on my phone/NAS/Streaming. It doesn’t do any of those well including the following: * UI -worst I have ever used. Multiple clicks to do anything. Terrible. * Slow response - streaming sometimes never loads and often takes 3-5 minutes. Local music and NAS take 3-4 mins to load * Songs/radio stations only sometimes display and don’t change automatically. Have to go back to the zone and then return to see song name. * Shuffle doesn’t work. Nothing happens most of the time when hitting the button, when the button works the song quits halfway through and system stops playing. * Randomly quits. I don’t think I’ve gotten through 3 songs without it quitting. Going back to Sonos for a product that works. Show more

    CD Player Only
Works great hooked up to my vintage stereo via the auxiliary connection. Allows me to stream from my phone and or the Internet directly into my 1970s pioneer receiver. Alcohol and records do not go together. CDs and the Internet do come in handy. Show more

    This isn’t even rocket science
Setting up a rather simple audio receiver/CD player shouldn’t be so complicated. I have a WiFi radio that is over 10 years old that I will use until I can crowd source solutions for this lame Tivoli installation app. Show more

    App is garbage
    Enough said. Completely useless.

Good sound quality but worthless app
I gave up on the app, and now use the wireless interface directly with Spotify for music. I think the MOD hardware might have been developed by the original Tivoli owner and engineers, but the app was added after the company was bought by another group of investors. Good sound, worthless app. Don’t bother trying to get the app to work consistently. Show more

Cannot play music for more than 15 minutes
We loved Tivoli radios prior to having to use this app. Now, we pay more and finally give up and play music on the TV or the Amazon devices. This cannot keep up with internet or streaming. It is awful. First time I have ever given a one star in my life. Show more

    Terrible app
Cannot use the associated line of products without the app which is not intuitive or particularly useful. I regret purchasing these items (and was a Tivoli fan until now). Can’t you just give us a remote control? Show more

    This app is a p.o.s.
II would rate this app less than zero if possible. Have had the equipment almost one year. Nothing but problems. Tivoli should be ashamed to have such a sorry product. Show more

    Not worth it
I love the way the Model One Digital sounds, but the functionality of the radio and this app are the absolute worst. Usually I have to go through the setup process every single time I turn it on. Or, if it does somehow seem to remember the setup from last time, it takes forever for the radio to connect to the radio station (via WiFi) I want. I spend anywhere from 10-20 minutes trying to get the radio station to play. My WiFi is fine and all my other devices can connect to the radio station via WiFi just fine. It’s extremely frustrating to spend so much money on something that is such a pain to operate. Show more

    Loved Tivoli, hate the app
This is the third Tivoli product (model one + cube) I’ve bought over a 10-year period. And the first one that required an app. I’m nearly in tears over trying to make things work. The simplicity and beauty of the product is undermined by the uselessness of the app. And who wrote these instructions? They don’t match the prompts or options available on the app. Not to mention that the app just goes black with nothing on it maybe 3 times a minute. Nothing is intuitive. This is so disappointing. App is useless
I’ve had the speaker for like two years at this point and I’ve never been able to successfully play music via the Tivoli app. It can connect but can’t play music. Absolutely atrocious and frustrating. I always end up playing music via Bluetooth. Show more

    Junk
Avoid these products. Connectivity is impossible. An endless cycle of re-installing firmware, loss of connection, it never ends.

    Doesn’t work
I bought a Tivoli WiFi radio at the beginning of covid and over a year later I still cannot get the app to connect to the device. I can only listen to the radio via antenna. No WiFi, no blue tooth. Waste of A LOT of money. Show more

Beautiful Hardware, Great Sound, World’s Worst App
The speaker plays music beautifully, once you can get it to work. One out of three times I try to use the app, the speaker “zones” are completely reset, one speaker won’t appear in the app, etc etc etc. The clock on the display is military/24 hr time—you can’t change it in the app. It’s a shame such a beautiful piece of equipment can be so handicapped by a bad app. Show more

Poor app, very unintuitive, simplest things are overly complex and frustrating
Zones are difficult to set up and use, impossible (as far as I can tell) to create multiple zones No equalizer or way to control sound. Volume must be adjusted individually by speaker and then only via a difficult to use slider bar No support for Amazon music (though strangely Alexa is supported) Sound is very often out of phase even when speakers are in the same room and in line of sight with the router (this is not necessarily the apps fault though) Nice looking boxes but lipstick on an acoustic pig as far as I’m concerned Show more

    A disaster
As much as I like the sound of the system I dislike the app. It’s a colossal failure, nothing works as it should.

App is clunky love the speaker
The speaker is amazing I rally love it the app needs a total rebuild it’s not smooth or easy to use
