    Software/connectivity issues
    I am a loyal UE customer… the ear buds custom fit my ears great and the audio quality is good but not amazingly great… the problem is the software connectivity is totally unreliable. Bottom line, the physical product and sound quality are definitely solid but neither matter if the Bluetooth connection is constantly dropping and less than functional. UE, you need to ship higher quality software that keep the Bluetooth connected. Show more

    Won’t connect to app
    I was so excited to get these and then I spent a stupid amount of time trying to get them to connect to the all. Never worked. I contacted support and they gave me the same instructions as listed in the website it didn’t work. Not knowing what else to do I went and bought some Bose headphones. I wish they would fix their app so that this didn’t happen. Show more

    Worst software I’ve ever used!
    A friend gave me these earbuds. He got them for free when he purchased a phone. I’m glad they were free. It says not to expose them to light for long because they are UV sensitive which is why they glow after they are molded. So I ended up sitting in the dark for an hour trying to get them set up. I was able to pair them but the software couldn’t find them so I couldn’t get the molding process started. After trying their suggestion to delete the app, turn off the Bluetooth and start all over, it didn’t work. I tried my iPad next. That didn’t work either. I tried calling for support and it said no one is available to help right now, call back later. So I tried my Android tablet and finally got them set up. Then a notification came up for an update for the earbuds. Started that and it kept failing. I went back to my phone and they connected. When I tried to play music it told me to go download the software. I don’t know how I got them to eventually work. I also downloaded the UE Custom software and that didn’t work. They sound ok, no where near as good as my AirPods. I have small ears so I was hoping these would feel better and they do. But I can’t get any of the software to work. Can’t adjust the equalizer, and the update notice came up again so I tried with it connected to the iPhone and it failed again. I would be returning these if I paid for them. They will do as a back up but not worth $200. Show more

    Great fit and sound-terrible case/ connection
    Absolutely love these headphones… favorite ever… WHEN THEY WORK. Horrible time trying to even make them charge in the case.. constant issues from day 1 with getting them to connect JUST right and stay connected to charge in case… open it up next day, 50% battery… MAJOR issues with them playing music/ connecting to my phone while in the case.. got so bad I’ve moved on to other headphones. Would definitely purchase again if these case/ charging/ staying OFF while in case issues were fixed. Show more

    APP WON’T WORK!!!
    UPDATE: 10-24-2022: App STILL will NOT connect to my UE Fits and I ordered and received a new pair even! This is getting so frustrating….! Dev, is there any info on the app being updated anytime soon? I REALLY want to try my earbuds! ? UPDATE 9-7-2022: No update since the last one 3 weeks ago & I STILL can’t set up my UE Fits Wireless Ear Buds - PLEASE FIX THE APP? I’m not telling, just being very specific & hopefully heard? Thank you, in advance, for helping! I was SO excited to get, fit & try my new UE Fit True Wireless Earbuds & am having the EXACT same problem as everyone else: THE APP WON’T FIND MY EARBUDS ALTHOUGH MY PHONE HAS ALREADY SYNCED & FOUND THEM 8x!!! I’ve reinstalled the app & restarted my phone so many times that I’m losing my mind!!! PLEASE FIX?? Show more

    Swing & a MISS
    I LOVE my UE wired IEMs, so I was super excited about these. 1. The fit is comfortable, but despite being molded to the shape of my ear, it is hard material that doesn’t block out a lot of outside noise. 2. Which is a problem because the only way to get decent bass is to press them in hard enough to actually seal. At least I finally found a use for a headband. Otherwise, only for quiet spaces. 3. Even then, I’d still say they were worth it, BUT the bluetooth implementation is literally the worst I have ever seen. Case is often hot and the Fits are dead despite charging them a few hours ago. Assuming they have energy, they just work about 20% of the time. Fully 50% of the time I have to open the BT preference pane and click on one or the other (L&R are separate), and 50% of that (25%) it will tell me it couldn’t connect AND PROCEEDS TO FORGET THE PAIRING. Which means you better have the slippery case around because you can’t re-pair without it. If they do connect, sometimes this app works. I’m literally listening to music on my Fits but the app says it can’t find them?! Why doesn’t it just look at the existing Bluetooth connection? I’ve had to factory reset them multiple times and there is zero support from UE. Spend money on any other UE product, but I recommend taking a hard pass on these. Show more

    Worst app ever
    Considering you NEED the app to mold new tips, adjust sound, use eq, etc this might be the most infuriating app I’ve ever used. Could not, for the life of me, mold new tips. If kept telling me “hmmm can’t find your earbuds”. Even though they are connected and working. I’m about to buy a new set of earbuds simply because this app is horrendous. Show more

    So far, so good
    I'll preface this by noting that I have a pair of custom-molded UE-4 in-ear monitors, so I know what audiophile monitors feel and sound like. The sound from these earbuds is outstanding. My IEMs are very neutral, and I appreciate that. These can vary, which I also appreciate. The details I can pick up in some of my favorite test tracks is as good as my IEMs. It's only been 15 minutes, but the pairing and app responsiveness has been excellent. As for the fit, well, the jury is out. It took two or three adjustments to get the right IEM to fit well. The right ear of this pair is great from the start. I can feel the left ear a bit, but I need to wear them longer to see if it's going to be an issue. Overall, they feel a little tight compared to how my IEMs sit in my ears. They are definitely more comfortable when I don't have my jaw clinched. When it's relaxed, the fit is better. (I tried to make sure my mouth was slightly open during the fitting prices.) If I can listen for several hours without disconnected, I'm willing to bump the review to give stars. However, I'm not sure that's going to happen. Fingers crossed, but time will tell. Show more

    earbuds are good, app is bad
    The actual product is great, they fit well and sound good. however the app never finds and connects to the earbuds via bluetooth so i cannot check battery level/adjust sound.

    Kind of Frustrating
    I love my headphones HOWEVER the app is INFURIATING!! I recently got new tips because my right ear hole is smaller than my left and so the fit wasn’t correct. When going into the UE FITS app to mold my tips it just keeps going and going into this cycle of “looking for your ear buds” when they are already connected and paired! This happened the first time as well. I have restarted, reinstalled, turned off and back on both my phone and Bluetooth MULTIPLE TIMES and it still says the same thing! The app makes me want to return them due to the fact that it just doesn’t want to work right! Show more

    Wasted $30
    I bought new smaller tips because the included ones were too big. Went to try to mold them and the app won’t recognize my earbuds even though I can listen to music and watch videos on my phone. Since the tips are light sensitive I’ve now wasted $30. Show more

    Would give less than one star but cannot!!!!
    Full disclosure, the headphones and the quality of them are excellent and have exceeded my expectations. With that being said, I had requested another set of mold fits for my headphones. The company was gladly able to send me another set of molds for free since the ones that were mailed originally when I purchased the headphones did not fit. With this app you’re supposed to be able to use the mold your new fit tab in order to Remold your headphones. The first time I tried to use this app to remote my headphones it asked that I connect the headphones to my cellular device so it can find them only to have issues and not only the headphones were connected to the cellular device and the app was acknowledging that they read them, the app was still not allowing me to mold my new ear fits. I have contact the company themselves and they told me to delete the app and to re-download the app and try again. Not only have I’ve done this over six times and the app is not allowing me to remold my headphones, but I have even downloaded the app the seventh time turned off my phone for over 10 minutes repower the phone re-download the app and I still am not able to do that. It shows in their description that they have fix the bugs for this app and unfortunately they have not. I hope the company and the developers will reach out to this response or review and get back to me on how they can fix my problem especially since my headphones I’ve already paid for them and I do have a warranty with them and again the issue is not the headphones the issue is this app not wanting to allow me to re-mold my fits Show more

    Buds are great - App is trash
    The app never works right. It constantly forgets your earbuds. It requires force quitting, unpair/re-pair, resetting, ‘forget my device’, hard resets - the whole nine yards. And of course, every time you have to reset, any settings you’ve implemented are wiped. So if you remap your taps and forget to set them back up, you’ll be trying to turn up the volume and end up hanging up a call. Averaging $200 a person - and backed by a parent company like Logitech - UE has literally ZERO reason they can’t invest the resources for a robust application. I’d give 0 if I could. Show more

    Pink?
    Glad we have Pink in the app now! Much better than actually fixing the Bluetooth. The Bluetooth is iffy at best compared to other products. Move seamlessly from device to device? Not with this product. Just another bagel closer to the garbage can. Show more

    Connectivity Issue
    I have been a major fan of UE from the beginning. Then, I started experiencing the earbuds disconnecting on and off by themselves in the middle of important calls. I’ve tried trouble shooting efforts and nothing is remedying the issue. Very disappointed in the quality for the amount of money invested into these earbuds over the competition. Show more

    Bluetooth auto connecting bad
    Sound is very good. Fit is very very good Best every with my bigger ears. Bluetooth software auto connection bad. Always connecting when case is closed. It connects when I’m not aware which is frustrated. Inconsistent and app not helpful. Show more

    Love the fit but
    Best fitting earbuds in my opinion but I think the sound is lacking, would love to see a pro version with the lightform tips. Also setup was not seamless I had to quit the app multiple times and disconnect the earbuds multiple times until it worked after 5 minutes. They also have a lot of ambient noise from the drivers which i notice even the base model airpods don’t have. Really do love how comfortable they are though and with my small ear canals they seem like they’re very snug just wish they had a pro version with better sound and connectivity. Show more
