App was great before iOS 11 and 64-bit apps
This app was great and easy to use for creating sequences before iOS 11. The app temporarily didn’t work when iOS 11 began running 64-bit apps. The developer eventually updated the app, but it doesn’t work the same anymore. I wish there was a website or video with directions for creating sequences with multiple meters. The developer needs to release a page with detailed instructions with the latest updates for creating more complicated sequences. You’re better off looking for another app for creating rhythms and extended metronomes with meter changes for practicing. Show more

    Really poor documentation
There is none that I can find. App lets one put any number of note values in a bar, so what sense is it to have meter? I see no way to make a simple thing like a triplet. Do not purchase this app. Show more

    Waste of money
“Extensive tutorials” don’t seem to exist. App crashes every few times you interact with it. Do not recommend.

Great App for the Marching Arts!!
This app is great for programming tempo changes, accelerandos, ritardandos, and other tempi modifications. I made a sequence for every rehearsal section. Wonderful for consistent practice. Little buggy at times but, if your a music professional this is a MUST HAVE! Show more

    PLEASE IMPROVE/UPDATE GRAPHICS!
This $5 app needs to look the part. We all have shiny, beautiful devices and I for one actually care how the app looks.. I use this app a lot and it would help to have something nice to look at. The features are great but it's kind of a downer that this app looks very D.I.Y. and unprofessional. Show more

    Great app
Great app to have on the phone. No need to carry a separate metronome.

    Crash and Burn
The app keeps crashing every time I try to use it. There's nothing to review or say about it because I can't use it even though I paid for it.

    Amazing
This app is amazing. Using the custom function I was able to put In a score for a ridiculously complex work, add accelerandos and ritards. As a professional musician I highly recommend it. Show more

    Best Metronome Ever!
You won't find a better product on the App. store. Stop looking and download the product. Works flawlessly!

    The best.
Simply the best metronome I could find. It's very loud, and it's incredibly easy to control and understand. It has more features than I'll ever need, but I'll take that over missing features any day. Show more

    Exactly what I wanted
The app works exactly as I need it to. I love all the functions it has and because I take my iPod everywhere I always have it to help me practice now, even in my lessons with my teacher, who also loves the app :) Show more

    Total adaption to the score
The best metronome I've used. It's capable of delivering ANY slow, steady pulse!

    Excellent app
I enjoy the many options for different patterns. I use this fort High School drumline. It's been very effective.

    The right metronome for me
Perfect if you want lots of features and control over them. I'm the kind of guy who wants even more features than this has, so I hope the updates keep adding them. If you prefer simplicity, this ain't your metronome. An analogy: it's the metronome equivalent of Finale notation software. Show more

    Great tool, needs UI improvements
I was looking for a metronome that would do auto-advancing of tempo and this fit the bill. It can do really complex things with custom beats ala a sequencer if you're practicing a difficult piece of music with various meters and tempos. My needs are not that complex. The biggest thing this app needs is a UI overhaul. The main screen tap targets are very tiny and there is no reason they need to be. Apple HIG suggests a minimum 44x44 tap target and the buttons are smaller than that. They should be as large as possible and possibly have some mechanism for advancing more than a single bpm for a button press (tap and hold for instance). The Play/Pause button should be the largest button on the screen. And how about implementing some gesture recognition? A tap anywhere (not otherwise intercepted by a target) could be used for play/pause. Swipe up/down could raise/lower the current tempo by some fixed amount (determined by a setting). Lastly, I've noticed some bugginess with the beat indicators not functioning correctly with variance being set, and/or adjusting the tempo and/or variance on the fly as it's playing. The indicators get lost and don't animate correctly. Show more
