There is no MASH mapping for 2290 algorithms though it says it should have a “hold” kind of an effect. The same happened with the MacOS app as well. There I can see that there is nothing mapped to the MASH switch. Show more

TC Electronics really needs to focus on developing their TonePrint app so that it’s functional, or else just abandon the TonePrint concept altogether. Users need an way to transfer TonePrints between laptops, mobile devices, etc. What good is it to edit a TonePrint on the laptop but then not be able to copy it to my mobile device so that I have access to it while performing? We need to be able to tweak TonePrints in the library, not just those we make ourselves. The whole template idea could work if it were implemented better; too hit and miss when trying to find just the right template. They also need to fix their customer support. I’ve tried creating a MusicTribe account 4 times now with no success, and I’m a software engineer! Show more

The edit button shows up for toneprints and templates, but it's always disabled. So I'm stuck with the handful of presets.

This would be great …… if it actually worked. It will not connect to any of my Apple devices, and the X5 doesn’t see it either. Don’t waste your time with this. Get a good Boss stomp box and call it a day. Show more

I bought a hall of fame mini as a small footprint reverb option with the intention of using the app to change things as needed. This is now impossible and thus useless because the app crashes every time I open it. Go with your gut and avoid all TC products like the plague. Show more

I can’t overstate how disappointed I am in this app. It plain doesn’t work. It causes my Hall of Fame two pedal to shut down and restart multiple times,It doesn’t store tone prints in my petal, even though it is connected via the USB to lightning adapter, And beaming doesn’t seem to work either. I love the sounds that are available within this app but truthfully the app itself is kind of garbage. Show more

I’m not sure if this is even working. Documentation and instructions are poor. There’s no way to edit the prints so I’m stuck with what a bunch of hair metal guys like, I guess. This effectively limits an otherwise capable but overcomplicated pedal. Do not buy this pedal and think that there’s a world of usefulness and tweakability. There isn’t. The app is poorly developed, undersupported, and had a terrible user interface. Show more

Idk why but it won’t beam tones on my iPhone 11. I have everything connected and properly.

Slick tool. All of my toneprintable gear works except the flashback 2 mini. Didn’t see any firmware updates so will be emailing support shortly.

Just a basic bass amp now. App does not take the beamed signal anymore. It used to work. Here’s a suggestion: If it a ain’t broke, don’t fix it! Show more

This works fine with my phone and amp. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries to load the TonePrint; but it eventually works. Such a great idea; being able to try different (bass) pedals that I would not normally try. I have a feeling that TC tried this as an experiment, and the Plethora idea is great. Toneprint overall a winner for me. Show more

App opens but the moment i click a preset the app shuts down!

The app itself is pretty good, though overall it feels unfinished. Like they got all tech-psyched, then lost interest in actually supporting it. Classic blunder. Minus TWO stars for the following: Latest rev (Nov 2020, now) has a bug that blanks-out any previously loaded slot on my Flashback 2 when I USB it to my iPad Pro. Otherwise, the TonePrint app has worked bug-free for my Flashback 2, Hypergravity (both mini & full), and Sentry. But other reviewers can't be making this stuff up about their crashes. Hmm. No idea. My biggest complaint: no way to tell which toneprints and are loaded on your stomp. I read on musictribe support from a customer service rep: this is actually a *feature* to somehow "protect" their famous Toneprint supplying endorsers. You're simply blocked from viewing the settings you load onto your box. Apparently Behringer/tc care more about their endorsers than you, the paying customer. Unacceptable. Show more

It’s a great idea but it does not work at all. I’ve had the mini hall of fame reverb for a couple of years and this app has only worked a couple of times. The sounds are good, some really nice, but with a mini pedal you have one sound until you plug the pedal into your pc or it decides to work again. Don’t buy until they step up and support there products. Show more

I’ve used TonePrint for over three years with my HOF reverb pedal. I had my pedal plugged in safely to a center negative 9v, in and output jacks plugged in correctly, selected a new reverb tone and hit ‘beam to pedal’ my pedal flashed green and then it died. The manufacturer’s app killed it’s own pedal. As much as I’ve loved this pedal not sure I’m confident enough to go this route again and get a replacement HOF. I’ve got an adorable little paperweight now. Thanks TonePrint! Show more

Title says it all. Doesn’t work.

Please don’t update your app with new features. Update it to make the existing features work! I have 6 TonePrint pedals and when I painstakingly went through all of the great artist TonePrints over a period of several years, I marked them as favorites. Idk, maybe dozens that I don’t remember. Yes, I can use the knobs on the pedals to get close to the sounds that I am used to gigging with, but is that what you want for your company. Our pedals sound close to what you’re looking for. Please fix this. Show more

Although this app works as intended there are bugs in the delivery and I didn’t see any tone prints designed here for either the Arena reverb pedal or the Alter Ego delay which I have both... Seems they either deleted them or they didn’t bother including them in this app Show more
