The app is made by greencopper, the same company that developed the pitchfork app and probably other chicago music festival apps. I liked their app at pitchfork except that it requires all sorts of permissions like bluetooth?? at boot up. And the same is true but worse here; it appears to the user that you cannot disable these permissions to continue through configuration. Otherwise, the app is not as suited to Lolla; the schedule is crowded and the map is not quite as intuitive — but that functionality is all there and useful. I’m sure they will update it soon. I spent 20 minutes going through all four days and 55 favorites to mark my schedule. Next time I opened the app… all gone :-/

For some reason they haven’t updated this app for 2022, kinda making it useless now. Love how the schedule is organized though.

I don’t know who thought the layout/function of the schedule needed to be changed, but they should be fired immediately. It’s seriously terrible and essentially unusable. Why fix what wasn’t broken? Show more

Good to get an app this year but clearly it’s not done yet. Hope they fix it quickly.

Maps don’t even load - should be local in the app and not a network call, so this makes no sense. Generally just not very well designed for actual use at the festival Show more

this app does everything it should do, not sure why the reviews are so bad.

The new version of this app is barely usable. It doesn’t load correctly, doesn’t have any of the features that made building your own schedule easy and fun. Can’t even get the maps to load or artists info. Horrible. Show more

You’re better with a paper map and schedule. Can’t even get it to sync with my favorites.

The 2018 version was so much better than this year!! I don’t like that on the MyFest page you can’t compare the stages in the same view. Last year I could make a schedule where I could see the times, stages, and of course artist names in order as I went through the day. Why would you take that away?? Now I am scrolling around on hard to view pages where I can’t see everything all at once. Super disappointed. I’m literally using notes on my phone to make a schedule because the app is so bad and confusing this year. Show more

I discovered the app about two weeks ago and eagerly favorited all of my favorite acts, easy enough. Here I am two days before the festival and it WILL NOT LOAD. I have left my phone sitting on the load screen for several minutes at a time multiple times over the course of the past few days, and nothing happens. It seems I’m going to have to recreate my set list because the branded app for the festival is incapable of functioning properly. Show more

Email confirmation doesn’t work, so this app is just a digital schedule.

This app used to be pretty buggy and not provide that great of an experience however all the updates have fixed the issues. You can see the lineup, where things are located and set your favorite artists so you know when they play. There are a few features I’d wish they add like a map of the park and the ability to be able to open artists profiles in Apple Music. But other than that this app is pretty good. Show more
