    Top track list doesn’t work
    Top track list and numerous other bugs hasn’t worked for almost a month, please fix and refund for your app not working.

    Getting there
    Once again I am a longtime subscriber I just had to delete the whole app and start over on downloading my music. Because it stayed stuck on the stupid music video screen blacked out and wouldn’t let me get to anything playlist nothing. It will freeze there and we are stuck please fix. Since the new update tho it doesn’t freeze but now it constantly skips over music. I can have my playlist going and it just randomly skips songs and I have to go back in and click on songs it skips and it’s not on shuffle. So constantly throwing off music vibes when i am trying to listen and relax so now I don’t use my playlist it even does it in the favorites just randomly skips over songs sometimes one and sometimes it will skip over six songs. For instance all my Whitney songs as you know are in order a to Z. I’ll start at the top it will play that one skip to the middle and when I try to go back to start a song over it will be a whole different song and eventually it will skip back to the end of beginning and stop playing. Also it doesn’t continue a song anymore if I am listening and get a call it I can either answer or decline and than it will start the whole song over even if it’s in the middle. Show more

    Top Tracks
    Only a handful of Top Tracks are available on the Top Tracks section. And what is available is the tail end of the list … so far from “top”.

    Has always been great - but Top Tracks broken on latest release
    Would be good to have this fixed and not have to search in every album for songs!!!

    Seriously
    I’ve left a review and contacted support before and of course I get the normal “turn it off and turn it on” run around. Still, this app is broken. I can’t even open the app anymore. I’ve had this app for a very long time and loved it! This is ridiculous and im super frustrated. Customer support is absolutely no help. I’ll be quitting this service and moving on. No I will not be contacting support because I don’t even get emails back anymore. Ridiculous. FIX YOUR APP!!! Show more

    Love the app, but…
    Love the app and will continue to use it. But it seems to be crashing in the middle of songs. Hopefully they can fix this

    Top Tracks from Artists missing
    Not sure if it’s an update issue or legal thing, but all the “Top Tracks” from artists either start at 40 or are missing..!! Hope this gets fixed.

    Beyond disappointed
    Wrote a critical review a few days ago that never showed up. What’s that about???? In the recent update the best feature, New For You, disappeared. I’ve been a longtime subscriber and now I’m done. Too many bugs and issues and now I’m getting so much less of what I want. What am I paying for? Looking for a new service now and will be copying my playlists so I can move on. Show more

    What happened?!
    Used to love this app. Can we please revert back to old version before you added the videos? I have songs that just won’t play, some that will play but can’t download, and music just randomly stops. Sometimes I just have to hit play again but sometimes I have to quit the app to get it to work again. So sad to see the decline. Been a customer for 10+ years. Show more

    I just want to see my playlist
    I don't have premium anymore because the price is too high and there's better streaming sites. I just want to see my playlist. I'm not trying to listen I just want to see what songs I have on there. It's ridiculous that I can't sign in. No other app does that. It's ridiculous and makes no sense. Show more

    Barely Usable
    Same feedback as everyone else. I thought I left a review regarding this once but apparently not. Application buggy and constantly freezes. Even on downloaded tracks so signal doesn't matter. Generally make it through two songs if I am lucky. App has to be closed and reopened several times to function again. I use music while at my work so this is beyond inconvenient. No idea what I pay for. Show more

    Was good… now….problems
    Like everyone has been saying recently.. started having prob after prob. Lot of freezing… and now the list of top songs from any artist is completely screwed up. Starts at #41 then #62 then #5 and that’s it!!! Used to work great. Come on guys Show more

    Many issues
    I’ve had this app for many years now. I always have issues where after I update the app it deletes all of my downloaded songs. I also have had issues where I cannot find my playlist or it only shows less than half of the songs on my playlist. This isn’t a new thing and has always been happening since I’ve had this app. It is also hard to delete a song. You cannot just press a button on the song to delete it. You have to press a button at the bottom and then scroll all the way down the playlist to delete it and sometimes it doesn’t even work and delete the song. It seems that every time a new update comes out it has even more bugs than before. It is also extremely hard to search for songs and artists in the search bar section. If I type in a song name, most likely it will not show many options and I will end up having to type in the artist name and try to find the song that way. Show more

    Dont use if you like to actually like listening to music
    The app shuts down when pulling up any kind of playlists. Lags when playing songs, and takes loong times to load anything regardless of excellent wifi or cellular connection.

    Common guys.
    What happened? I’ve been loyal for 10+ years. I’m up to date with the newest update and phone, app currently won’t open. My favorite list is completely gone. It’s literally nothing but problems, and I’ve stayed along for the ride “I paid for it for so long, it’s got all my music.” Now I have to start over any way? Starting to think it’s time to make the switch. Update. Now I can’t even sign in? I’m basically paying more than any other music app for what? When I want my music I can’t even use the app? Show more

    Do yourself a great favor impossible to cancel or delete your account, tried to delete the account on my ipad apparently Safari is not a supported browser then tried on my desktop I was able to login in my account but in order to cancel the account you have to go to account management and you simple cannot get there what a joke Show more

    Crashes a lot and continues to change
    I’ve had this app for a long time, and ever since they updated it, it crashes CONSTANTLY. It stops playing songs for no reason, so you have to go back and open the app again in order for songs to play. Sometimes it’ll crash so hard that it’ll log you out of your account completely. When this happens, it also removes all your downloads, so you have to go back and download EVERYTHING you had before. I’m just gonna start burning cd’s to my computer again, it’s not worth the frustration Show more
