I’ve got an ILX-650, Zero support for their most popular head unit. No ability to load others profiles, essentially useless.

Last app update over 2 years ago. Can’t login, create a new account. Advanced user of phones, radios, apps and this is one of the worst apps I’ve ever tried to use. Show more

I wish I could store the tuning mixes locally… When the Alpine server goes down (often) the app becomes useless. And my car stereo becomes less feature rich.

Worst app! Can’t create account with iPhone 11. Used name taken,and other problems. On android it says no internet connection. Complete junk!

Like others, I didn't get a verification email when I registered. I tried another email address (Gmail) hours later, and that one worked. With an iPhone 12 Pro and an older Alpine CDE-148BT unit, I was able to connect easily with a Lightning to USB A cable. I think BT only works with Android. I had no luck. I just bought a 21 year old car, and the Alpine came with it. Trying out settings submitted by other users gave me a much better sound. You can save them to your library, and then change back and forth while listening easy peasy. Worth the initial hassle. Once I got registered I had no issues with the app. Show more

This app has always been glitchy you have to close and re open multiple times. How hard is it to make a an update that make the app work

Good God, I’ve tried to set this piece of crap up so many times and yet to get a verification email.. I give up!!! Unreal…

Alpine should promote this app better and more often. And update the car types u can choose..and other brand speakers.. Would make more people wanna buy Alpine head units.. And take this app more seriously Show more

This app is crap. Alpine used to be the top of the line brand. It’s now slipping and this app previously worked and now it only says app cannot connect to Internet. A few months ago the app was working fine. Alpine needs to get their stuff together before it becomes Kodak. Show more

This app will not load anymore… I got a new iPhone 12 and it keeps saying no connection to the internet…

Useless App that Cannot Connect to the Internet so is just Useless at All.

I downloaded a few tunes someone made. I load them to the radio. When cars shut off it gets reset. Then I have to select and apply them again.

Major Bug. I had to delete this app. It was consuming 78% of my battery over few hours in background refresh, even as the app has no background refresh.

The app is pointless and hard to use

I recently bought the UTE-73BT, Brand new 2020 model and this app does not support it. I need it so I can use the time correction but I can’t since this app needs an update! Show more

This app doesn’t even have the latest head units Apline came out with! ( ILX-650 ) again Apline is behind the curve no wonder vendors don’t sell there stuff anymore poor customer service, and all this high tech nonsense is never compatible or updated with there own stuff...I remember when they were the #1 .. This app literally corrupted my Ilx-207. So I took it to the dealership and they said they will need to replace the entire head unit!!! Are you kidding me???

Okay, so it was a pain in the rear end the first few tries... I tried two separate emails and neither of them worked, so I tried my work email and finally got a verification email like 45 minutes later... clicked verify now my system is set. Was a huge headache at first but now I’m good to go. And from what I can tell I don’t have to plug my phone in every time I get in. Show more

I got the ILX-W650! the app doesn’t even support it and it’s been over 6 months since the last update. The radio has been on the market since last year. I just want my sound to come out great but it sounds eh. I played with settings and crossover, got it to sound a little bit better but I’m sure I would’ve gotten better sound with this app... IF IT SUPPORTED IT. Show more
