I wanted to express how much of a bad night I had because of the “secret” location. The dice app showed two addresses and none of them were the ones of the event. It showed the last address of rash in bedstuy and the second address, the one the map showed, sent us to williamsburg between Bleecker and N4th. So we actually went to both places to find none of them were the venue. We spent 12 am in the cab. We couldn't find the place and our tickets weren't used. Enjoy buying tickets to my favorite venues! I always receive great customer service when having any questions or issues. The app could be optimized to function a bit better tho.

I am travel nurse and I recently relocated to Miami, Fl. I wanted for this NYE to be special bc I am spending it with a friend who was willing open their home to me here in Miami. We purchased tickets for club Space, unaware of the specific entry times…and I have to thank the people at Dice for going above and beyond to assist us with being able to celebrate the New Year as we intended. Awful Customer service and they bombard your inbox with emails with no way to stop it unless you block their e-mail address. Overall terrible app and lousy settings.

Good way to find shows, but… there’s no way I will let an app access all of my contacts. That seems to be the only way to send a ticket to a friend. The last thing I would do to my friends is share their contact info and put their info in the hands of who know who. The developers need to find a way to share without compromising our confidential info. Show more

Hi, I sent a few emails dating back to Friday. I’m sure the delay in response is due to the long holiday weekend. But I am having issues logging in. When I put in my number it says “Invalid User Status” I previously was able to see the two events I purchased. I have email confirmations. The events were pretty pricey and are coming up, I am really concerned I have not gotten any feedback regarding this issue. Please, your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Show more

Ticket was never made available and when made aware they denied me a refund. Complete scam will never use this app again.

Hard to get it to recognize my device. Then it couldn’t process my payment. When it finally went through it charged me for two tix instead of one. Then. “Nope sorry can’t refund as per the agreement “. Now it’s sending me dozens of email reminders about the event. Pretty pathetic performance. The guild should find another vendor for ticket sales. Show more

Pretty good

This is the worst app I have ever downloaded. An event I wanted to attend required me to use it. I tried to share a ticket I bought with a friend but it wouldn’t open on her phone and I couldn’t get it back on mine after. The app basically threw my ticket away and wouldn’t even let me put in a refund request. Completely ruined my plans for the evening and lost my money due to this ridiculous technical glitch. I will not go to events in the future that force me to use this app. Show more

Having many issues accessing tickets

When selling tickets, on the sales page there is no way to identify which tickets you’re selling, and no human to talk to if you have any questions. Terrible app
