Absolutely awful! We had only one app, Pandora, that worked for a couple of years. Then off and on for another year. Disappeared a few months ago and nothing we do is getting it back. An expensive home audio system has been rendered useless. I have to pay someone to get it to function again. Show more

I cannot use it on my current desktop iOS.

We tried numerous times to reconnect our system with my iPhone 13 Pro and my spouse’s Pixel 4 over the past month and again today. We were told to connect via Nuvo app, that was also tried numerous times. We are still unable to utilize our system, now over 3 weeks. Show more

Absolutely the worst app I’ve ever had to use. We spring for whole home audio and this is the crappy app we get? Are you freakn kidding me?!

After the latest app update and iOS update, this app no longer works. I keep getting the message, “No distribution module was found.”

This application works okay, but took me a little while to figure out. Now that I have I’m mostly happy. To link to your home library connection instead of using one of the media servers, I just use the library function. Takes a while for it discover everything but once you do, you are set. It appears that something between iOS 16 and the latest release broke. So my phone no longer connects but my iPad does. Nice to have home audio without setting up an amplifier etc. That now sits in the closet Show more

Had this system for almost 6yrs and doesn’t work well at all. Can never bind to digital source and disconnects frequently. I would recommend getting a system you can connect to a receiver. Show more

After this new 2022.0 update it will no longer connect. I can’t control anything. The entire system is useless.

We installed our audio system along with Guardian when we built our house. Terrible decision! The app is so glitchy. I spend 30+ minutes trying to connect to Spotify before giving up and playing the music off my phone speaker. Install something better separate from Guardian!! Show more

We installed this system in our new build at the costs of thousands of dollars. This app makes it absolutely useless. It won’t connect to Spotify, it crashes frequently and the volume control is located at the bottom of the screen which makes it difficult as the phone believes you are trying to swipe up and close out. Avoid this at all costs! Show more

- It takes FOTEVER to load. - It stop for no reason - So difficult to connect to Spotify - You can ONLY use Pandora or Spotify. No you tube - Very Stricketed with Pandora. Many channels are rejected by this STUPID app - CONSTANTLY freezing and reload of the app is the only way. - So many bugs and various issues and it doesn’t stop. Show more

One of the worst apps I have ever used. Rarely works. Currently can’t use it at all. Customer service is only available mon-fri during the day, so sorry if you work outside the home and are needing to contact someone. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Show more

First this thing wouldn’t play iTunes, now it doesn’t play Spotify. You are stuck with Pandora or Deezer (???). Incredibly bad software, no firmware updates, feeble customer support, no ecosystem. Would not recommend. Show more

I hesitated for many months to get the Legrand On-Qdigital audio system with the wall controllers based on the terrible reviews. We had our system professionally installed, and we have not had any issues. I thought being able to press the favorites button in each room and be able to get the music that we want. I purchased an inexpensive airplay device that allows me to stream from my phone to one of the four channels of music. We have all been extremely happy with how the system works and it’s reliability. Perhaps they have worked out whatever bugs plagued the system and prior iterations. I would definitely recommend Show more

Some days it work just fine. Now on day two of failing to pair my Spotify account to my Bluetooth speaker ?

How BAD I dislike not only this app but the entire system as a whole. Please I beg and caution you, I know no one will see this before making a decision, but in the off chance that you do, Please I beg you, do not opt for the "Whole Home Speaker System" that the new home builder offers. Especially if it's a Legrand System. It's a waste of money, a scam and you'll quickly realize that you have been scammed, and the owner of a non-functional lemon. This system feels very much like the guys driving around in the parking lots of Wal Mart/Target to sell you the "World Renowned Home Theater System" out the back of their trunk. -The Bluetooth connector is terrible. You always have to resync it. -The App is terrible and very unstable -The system always loses connection with your home network -Streaming Apps are terrible using this system. It has to be an app that's baked into their module. -No Apple Music Support -Spotify connectivity is horrible -Cannot Airplay Anything -The list goes on. The amount of money spent on this, it really should have a class action lawsuit against Legrand, the home builders and Guardian. It's unacceptable. Lastly, get your whole home system from the plethora of great devices on the market (Sonos, Amazon, Apple, etc). You'll thank me and yourself later. Show more

Unreliable. Can’t connect to Spotify. Slow and buggy. Do. Not. But.

Connects when it wants to. Half the time it doesn’t even connect. Worthless app.

My home audio system used to be my favorite feature in my house. But this app is so unreliable. Sometimes it works, but too often, it doesn’t. After reading similar reviews, I see that I am not alone. Show more

We get constant DRM related errors that make listening impossible. Paid many thousands of dollars for something that is unusable. Worked pretty good for a year or two but between firmware updates that prevent connecting and the DRM error it is a waste of good money. If anyone is considering using the OnQ system please reconsider. Show more
