Love singing with Magicsing best when we have family parties

I love the fact that this is an actual karaoke software! I am incredibly impressed with the many features in this app. It contains a huge variety of songs that are updated continuously, that enables people to choose their favorite songs. It also enables us to add our own background pictures, which was a nice feature. We love to do karaoke with family. Everyone can sing their favorite songs! I love how consistent the song list updates! And the app is so easy to use! With my new karaoke machine and this MagicSing app, my friends and I have a monthly karaoke night at my place instead of going out to the local karaoke bars! Love love love it! Show more

Just bought a magic sing last Oct 2022.. we enjoy every minute of it.. easy updates.. my problem now is the microphone is working good but the music no more and sometimes is chapping.. we are excited to sing specially this holiday season.. but we are all frustrated.. please help us!? Show more

I would not recommend this app. - The login process is very tedious. You have to log in every time and it shows devices but no instructions on how to add or remove them in the interface. - It doesn’t work with apple tv. The app is not available in apple tv so I couldn’t use this with my home theatre. I reached out to apple support and apparently it has to be made available by the developer or i have to airplay, which is not an available option. - Its also difficult to get it working with youtube. It’s karaoke obviously doesn’t have all the songs so if you want to go to youtube, the mike won’t work. - I wrote to customer service, never heard back from them. Pros - it does work well with a smart tv, has good sound quality and song collection but after your first year is expired, you get so many popups to buy a song package and that you have a 3 song limit. - Its very compact, a small device and a mike. Love all the song choices however sometimes it is hard to purchase an upgrade to play unlimited songs. The app will malfunction sometimes. However, I did see that the app is working now and I was able to purchase 3 months. Thanks! Show more

I love this app. I had an old magic song and it became obsolete after 8 years. You cannot update and the machine just got old and the microphones unusable. This was a great upgrade! Show more

Been using for a year and its been okay so far. They keep updating the songs which is good. Sometimes it feels buggy but still workable.

This app has been a delight to use. The interface is clear and simple. The song library is diverse and is quite good both audio and video resolution. I’ve enjoyed the app thus far and my et.23pro system . WiFi model of magic sing is the way to go . Show more

On the voucher page, I can’t click any of the payment options so I can’t renew my subscription. Is there a developer that can help and where is the customer support. Show more

I can’t renew my subscription in the app. I tried selecting different monthly plans and payment, but it won’t work.

It was our party/gathering fave, but now can’t get access to or connect to songs after paying for another year’s subscription. Followed instructions as directed, but it was just confusing and it led me to a code to delete the app?! Please fix or refund my money. Show more

I used this app and I just wanna use it for a day whenever I feel like singing. There is no 1 day or weekly pass in your voucher options in the actual app. Fix it whenever you can. Show more

Paid for a year and can’t get signed in anymore after moving phones.

It says that to update the songs, to go on WI-FI, I do that. After it “updated”, it still said that it need to update the songs

The app wanted us to request a new songs but the link are so slow directing me to korean language !!!!

I sent them a list of song requests months ago but none of them have been added yet. I would be happy if even one or two of them would be added. We very much enjoy our Magic Sing, but we would love to have some of our favorite songs. Also, wish there was a way to buy subscription vouchers as gifts. Also, it would not add the wifi when we brought the machine to my parents’ house. We put in the password over and over but it would not add. :( Show more

there’s nothing like singing with your friends and family during special occassions this magic sing never dissapoint! it is very easy to search songs no need to scan around the paper handbook thing in the dark or whatever… my family enjoyed this karaoke so much and it has manu tagalog songs you are looking for!!! The app works just like the magic sing box but there’s no score given to u at the end (could be a bug) since it’s stated that it does give u a score Show more
