Why does opening this software on my iPad only stay on the open screen page? Please tell me how to solve it?

A year ago I upgraded ipad to iPad Pro 3 gen. This particular ipad have new USB-C and I connected the USB-c adapter for jack types kit video, and Yes, I connected the adapter first and connected the video jack, it will NOT download. I contacted the customer service, they are working on it. I contacted customer service July 2021. It still is not working. Disappointed, that they are not keeping up with technical/ software upgrades. Only reason I even gave two stars is that I can at least watch the concert on my cellphone, but as soon as I upgrade my cellphone, well that will be the thing of the past again. Show more

I don’t know why everytime that I pressed the cart button it’s just blank. And it isn’t even loading or something. It is my first time buying it so I don’t know what to do. Show more

The Kit Player is great, except that wish I didn’t have to reload it every time I want to hear my music.

So yes bought the album not thinking about the kihno, however it did surprise me lol because I didn’t think it was going to be that nice and pretty!

App crashes non stop on latest iOS. Can’t even get past loading screens

I’m really said about this product, I bought the rose kit player and it only worked twice. After that it never connected back sadly. I really don’t recommend this feature save yourself some money and don’t by this format of album Show more

This app needs a lot of work. I was only able to connect my kit to my phone and not my iPad. I don’t want to watch a 2 hour long video on my phone (I don’t have a TV to connect to). And when I try to send an email to the team because my issue hasn’t been resolved yet, the email button doesn’t work. Overall I’m disappointed in this app and that I had to pay $30 for shipping of a little square device that hardly works and it ends up being digital anyways. Just send me a download link ugh. Edit: I forgot to mention that no matter how hard I try I can’t login. I’ve reset my password twice and it still says I have the wrong email or password. Very frustrating experience Show more

As someone who like to get physical albums but doesn’t have a ton of space I love these KiTs. I can take concert vids and albums with me when I go on long trips and stuff which is nice and keep them in a little key ring together. I haven’t had many issues with the app and restarting it usually helps. All in all I recommend this! Show more

The app was working perfectly fine at first but now when I launch the app it says “invalid access” and “wrong access”. What happened?

I can’t get it to work on my iPhone 11 please fix

The app opens up with a dialogue that says “Invalid Access: Wrong Access” please fix as people who have ordered KiNo albums cannot view their products at all!

Every time I open the app, all that shows up is a notification for “Invalid Access: Wrong access”. I even deleted and redownloaded and after asking for Bluetooth and notifications access, the exact same invalid access notification showed up again. Show more

If I wanted an internet-only experience I would’ve opened Spotify Free or YouTube. This is silly. Had I known that KiT Albums require internet access to listen to I would’ve bought the CD version of the album I bought. I don’t think I will be using this at all considering the need to connect to the KiT each time I launch the app so I guess I spent $30 on a box of photocards. Anyways, stan dreamcatcher. Show more

Overall the app is amazing however it’s very annoying when you connect the Kit to the app and have it downloaded but as soon as you close out of it the album is no longer there and you have to redownload it... Show more

In order for me to watch a Kihno video on my PC I bought Airserver but it did not take its QR so reached out this APP’s developer and in no time he supported me and provided a quick solution to my problem, finally, I was able to watch my video comfortably. Thank you for such for such a great APP and great Customer Service assistance! Well done! Show more

This is horrible. I downloaded the app to my macbook to try to watch on my laptop; it has a QR scan code but when my phone scans it, it tells me “The manifest could not be loaded” so I’m stuck watching videos on my small phone screen smh a waste of money. Show more

I bought the Kihno Air Kit and it is not connecting!!!! I followed all the instructions, but nothing!!

Just got the app so I could listen to EXO-SC, and upon downloading it, I get “Invalid Access” and nothing else. Like? Update: I can’t do anything the developer asked because it’s a blank screen that says “invalid access” with an “ok” button. If I hit that button the app closes. Weeks later, I still haven’t been able to play my album. Sigh. Show more
