I came over to SingSnap and used to spend so much time on it. I enjoyed a Gold membership for years. Then you changed the app format. Hard to find anything. Bizarre formatting. I HATE the new layout and am relieved to see I’m not alone. What a shame…used to be so enjoyable and great community. Show more

Cant get any support to reply to msgs. Every song i try to sing has a pop up sayin ive used my 100 credits as a blue member?? I havent used any credits, nor have i purchased any. Cant even sing free songs.. y would i wanna upgrade?? Show more

12 year member. Stay away, you’re better off singing in the shower. They once was the best, not anymore. They rarely license tracks, you are paying to use SUBSCRIBER CREATED TRACKS, many ripped off YouTube and not good quality. If you wanted that, go use another cheaper costing app. Seriously, SingSnap has went downhill and crashed at the bottom. Show more

This used to be a GREAT App but it has been completely mismaged and totally ruined. Don’t waste your time or money.

The app crashes every time on both devices. Sorry, but cannot recommend until they fix it.

Why are their less songs on the phone app than the computer browser version I bought a gold member ship because I said I can use my phone I updated my phone and a lot less songs also if you are on the computer version NO can see your feature song that you just did on the phone upfront I do not care for this and can barely fine a song I want to sing on the phone app YouAdvertise 1000 songs and your karaoke advertising but not for your phone Show more

Downloaded app and tried to sign up: won’t even let you change the birthdate to your own, just keeps defaulting to today’s date.

Why are there less songs on the app than what you can find using the browser/computer version?

This app barely works at all on iOS. Have to continuously delete and reinstall just to get it to work. Messages don’t work. Songs are limited. Song navigation is horrible. A rip-off for the money. Show more

I can download the app but it will not let me sign in with my name and password I have on the computer. When I sign in with my phone through the internet it tells me I need to download the app to record. What’s with this? Show more

So I bought another iPhone and I went to download app I notice it’s a different app. Anyway I downloaded The new app But notice if I go on my computer the feature song I sung was not on my computer features and I think their is less featured songs on the app. So if you sing on your phone not everyone will see your features . I am glad they added pitch control. But I don’t care for this new app . Using my phone was convenient but now I do not have all the same selections of features songs as on my computer. Longtime user of your service, I was on the other nite and I rotated my screen longways with no issue, now not only can you not rotate but if you record video you can’t see the words to the songs, how is this an upgrade is 5 steps backwards from what you had! I also can’t see any of my recordings from a few days ago, they are there but can’t see them using the app, you need to down grade until you work out the issues with this app. 1 star cause I can’t give Zero Stars for a HORRIBLE UPGRADE Show more
