    Bluetooth stopped working
    Up until recently the app worked fine. Now I can’t connect my piano to the app on any of my devices. Useless.

    No longer working
    Was OK once I found the way to connect Bluetooth but suddenly It will not work after trying all the suggested fixes. Please update so it works consistently and add some new features. There is much potential in this Roland/iOS combo. Show more

    Poor bluetooth
    I don’t know if its my piano or the app, but i’ve been having to many problems dealing with the bluetooth. It keeps disconnecting from my piano and it won’t let me connect back. Yes, sometimes it does work, but often, it randomly disconnects. When it disconnects, it won’t let me connect back, and I have to forget the device and reconnect and do the whole procedure again. After a while, it gets hella annoying and I just quit on the app after I’ve spent like 20 minutes trying to make it work. And the thing about this app is that it grants many more features, like new tones and sounds, so it is a big shame I cannot use it. Show more

    Bluetooth Connectivity Defective
    Please fix Bluetooth connectivity and I will rate 5 stars. Useless as is. I am constantly having to delete app and reinstall to get connectivity to work for a brief time. Show more

    Exasperating to connect and use
    I Purchased the piano so I could use the app and learn. Nothing but issues with connections of the piano and being able to use the app. Such a disappointment because the piano itself is so nice. Will need to find another app to use. Show more

    Can’t connect to Bluetooth
    They need to redesign this app. I can’t even connect to Bluetooth anymore and it’s so annoying.

    Poorly designed app!
    Bluetooth connectivity sketchy!!!!! Roland customer support pathetic. Didn't even read request to begin with. Literally asked what type of device I was using even though I said iPad in the support request. App requires Internet access even though the functionality truly doesn't need it. So if your internet goes out don't expect to use app. Show more

    please add support for Jupiter X
    Respectfully Second request: 9/20 Kindly asking Roland to allow Roland Piano Partner 2 app to recognize Jupiter X as accepted device. This is on the “never mind the zillion things it does perfectly, we want slightly more capability” list As a family we could only get one keyboard in hopes of a “one to do it all” machine. We originally were going for FP-30 piano as a stand-alone instrument and app controller. Instead we saved up for Jupiter X. The inclusion of RD piano sounds & Bluetooth were key points. Now the younger ones in the house, bored out of their mind w lockdown stuff, and my old-fart self could definitely benefit from a refresher and Roland Piano Partner appwould fill that need perfectly Sadly the PP app does not recognize the JX as acceptable device. We’re kindly requesting an update to address that. 7/20 Respectfully requesting support for Jupiter X. This app would allow continued learning for entire family and show support to the Roland community. Show more

    iPad bluetooth connection bad
    I can connect to Bluetooth on my android phone and iPhone but I’ve tried with multiple iPads and can’t connect. It has been working a couple weeks ago. Very inconsistent. I’m disappointed Show more
