System doesn’t allow to update account information. Using this system is infuriating.

I purchased tickets in April for my favorite band, the show is tonight and I cannot download my tickets to my digital wallet because Live Nation and Ticketmaster both think I’m a bot because something is preventing JavaScript from running. I don’t have either of the plug-ins listed that can interfere and JavaScript is enabled and I just want to have a fun night out with my husband who bought these for my birthday because we have an eight month old and haven’t been out of the house without him without the other one staying home. Every other company can email you your tickets but this one you have to download an app and creat an account so they can track your data. I’ll avoid all concerts by Live Nation I can. Show more

Apps are supposed to be for convenience… this app is useless. The first concert I went to using this, the tickets didn’t show up on the app but it did online that’s what I used. I contacted customer service to ask them to put the concert on there in my past events for at least my memories and so I can keep up with all the concerts I’ve been going to. Customer service reads and hears what they want to and not what is asked. Needless to say the problem wasn’t solved because they were trying to fix a different non existent problem. Show more

You cannot login to the app, it hangs and does nothing. When it sometimes works, it thinks you're a robot and disables the login and cant go any further. Its so cumbersome dealing with LN. Id give 0 stars if it was possible! Show more

Spent 250 per ticket. Then another 50+ in fees. Then they don’t even have the courtesy to send physical tickets anymore so u can even have a souvenir for the experience. The fees are for order processing and service fee… which are all digital and automatic. Plus a tax that is separate from the real tax. Seriously? Show more

Can’t view Tickets I purchased

The in-app authentication mechanism that redirects to the Ticketmaster web-modal doesn’t work… even with correct credentials, it simply stays in a “loading” state for eternity… please fix this!

Venue details were so inaccurate you’d think they mistakenly wrote them from another venue’s information. Seriously….even the seating charts inaccurately show what is covered and what isn’t (and that’s kind of important for an outdoor venue when it’s raining). They bait you with offers that aren’t real, the tell you a bunch of rules and restrictions that simply aren’t true, upswell you on perks that are actually worse than the base purchase, and they ignore complaints - they have your $450, so why should they care? They should be indicted for their blatant lies. Show more

Why have an app when it’s easier to access your garbage platform via a browser? Maybe don’t hire morons.

puts me in an endless loop of signing in at ticketmaster and then and livenation and again and again

This application is absolutely useless. Tells me to sign in, I do and the. Tells me I’m not signed in. Works fine on the website.

I logged in about 4 times, it shows I logged in for like a second, I even see my tickets populate. Almost instantly it asks me to log in again, and the same thing happens each time. Show more

Had me login to my account through ticketmaster 25 f——— times and even after all that this dumb app couldn’t remember my account and would have me do the same thing every time I opened the app. Couldn’t make ticket purchase because it kept asking me to verify my identity by sending a code to my old phone number AFTER I updated it to my new number. What a f——— joke! Show more

App is horrible. Period. Wont display tickets, load, glitches..definitely not a 4+ app. Customer service claimed it was due to “connectivity.” Ok. Haha If you bought tickets through Live Nation and can’t access/view on Live Nation app, try logging into Ticketmaster app. Was able to view tickets there. Good luck, everyone. Show more

The app keeps asking you to log in. I can see my profile for a second before it tells me to log in again. I can never view my tickets. Completely useless. Show more

You cant access your tickets because you cant login. Just gets stuck in a loop asking for log in again and again. I cant see it load my profile for a second, then it goes back to the log in screen again. Just useless. Show more

Can’t sign in to view my tickets, select favorite artists, etc. Non-functional app should be removed from the App Store.
