    App Issues
    Unable to stay logged in after multiple correct attempts. As soon as I log in, the app request for me to log in again repeatedly. The app is pointless, can’t purchase tickets let alone view any purchases. Show more

    Awesome Experience
    I used the Live Nation app for the first time, and it was an incredible experience! I was able to navigate the show I was looking to attend. In a matter of minutes and no stress, I successfully purchased my tickets, where they were kept securely until the day of the event. Show more

    Adds favorites without consent
    It’s a pretty good app. Easy to use but I hate when I want to check on my “favorites” there’s always a bunch of artists venues and festivals preselected for me and when I de select them they just add others on it. So I never actually have a favorite section bc I’m still having to search for them amongst others that I don’t know or recognize. Quite inconvenient Show more

    Terrible app
    Haven’t been able to log into the app to see my tickets for 5 months now. I have to use my laptop every time. Terrible experience. Terrible customer support. Will not recommend or ever boy a ticket through this platform again. Show more

    If I can help it, NEVER AGAIN.
    I will do my best to NEVER do business with Ticket Master/Live Nation EVER again. DO NOT GET THIS APP. As of right now you do not need this app. To look at your tickets the app SENDS YOU TO THE INTERNET. EVERY TIME. Plus, on top of that, my personal experience is, you STILL cannot access your tickets. You put in your email & password & an error comes up. I am accepting cookies. I keep trying. Same thing, over, & over. So, I click forgot my password. Change the password. It never sends confirmation. NEVER. Remember, this is all through the app. I get the code to enter, but it never takes my password change. Keep trying to change the password. Keeps telling me errors, can't use the same password, when I wasn't. I checked all my stuff on my side. BTW, this is the second time this has happened. Both times it was the app. NEVER LET ME IN. Finally, I close the app & log into the website ONLINE. Sign in & it works immediately. No problems what so ever. Changed my password ONLINE, no problems. Found my tickets, no problem. Delete this app, no problem. NEVER USE TM/LN again, no problem. TELL EVERYONE I KNOW OF MY EXPERIENCE, no problem. Show more

    App is buggy, recommends garbage
    I spent quite some time setting up favorites and specific venues, only to open the app again and find that my favorites have been populated by garbage pop artists and venues that are on the opposite ends of the earth. Show more

    Garbage app
    Red pip! What could it be? A concert for a band I favorited? Nope. Never. Not once. What’s this pip? An offer in my inbox, dated today. An offer on the website not the app (making the app pointless)… An offer on the website THAT EXPIRED THREE WEEKS AGO. You’re notifying me today, via a needless trip to your website, of an offer that expired 24 days ago. Why couldn’t you say offer expired in the inbox message or, better yet, NOT SEND ME EXPIRED OFFERS? Only keep this around to store tickets for shows not available on real apps, otherwise it’s offloaded. UPDATE: Wait I have a ticket! Instructions: Login in to Ticketmaster App? What do I need this app for if it sends me to another app? Okay… transfer to Wallet… boom! Here’s an e-mail saying Important Instructions: you should transfer to Wallet! How about Important Instructions: your VIP service experience? How about Important Instructions: current pandemic regulations? How about Important Instructions venue policies? UPDATE: stop sending the wrong instructions for the show! When’s the early access for VIP Meet & Greet? Ask the venue? They said to ask you, the promoters, the ones organizing the Event! Show up an hour before curtain? Doors open to the public an HOUR AN A HALF BEFORE CURTAIN! Why are you pretending not to be TicketMaster when your help chat is branded with the TicketMaster icon and e-mail replies come from TicketMaster? Oh, wait show’s canceled… plan on telling anyone? Ever? Perhaps BEFORE THE SHOW’s SCHEDULED TIME? Let me guess, I’ll get a red pip in 2 weeks Show more

    Garbage App
    Been trying to get into the my tickets to see my tickets and add to my wallet for weeks. Yes, app is current, my IOS software is current. The app just keeps saying try again. So I log into the Ticketmaster app. Finally able to see the tickets but now can’t add it to my wallet. I click add to wallet and it vibrates but never adds it. So tired of this garbage app. Moving forward if there is no option to print off tickets I’m not buying tickets! So dumb. As many fees as they take off of us the least they could do is provide an app that works. Show more

    Price fixing and fake reviews
    Fixes prices on tickets, owns ticket master and no way either app is 5 Starr or close to it, it’s all fake. Talk to anyone and they’ll tell you this is a horrific company and scalp their own tickets. Show more

    Terrible Service. Lost 2 purchases
    I purchased 2 shows way ahead of their schedule dates and could not find them in my Apps for Live Nation or Ticketmaster. Purchases were acknowledged but no tickets could be retrieved. You cannot speak with a human. There was no resolution. I am not very versed in these applications but they seem needlessly obscure and, again, there is no help. Show more
