    New app freezes
    When I connect my Flashback II to my iPad Pro or iPhone 8+ using the Apple Camera Interface, the app says to turn the knob to a toneprint slot to sync, and then freezes. All software is the most recent. ALSO: I have tried registering this product and filing a support request through your website. Both times, I got all the way through the process, only to receive a URL NOT FOUND error. Show more

    Works well, interesting!
    I loaded it on my iPad Pro. Took a few tries for me to get it to work; I had to hold the iPad right against the strings. But it worked. Cool approach. Though I doubt I would ever do such a thing onstage lol Show more

    Tone print by cell phone
    Worked shortly then quit. Great idea though.

    Very good so far
    The old app was basically unusable for me, and I gave up on it completely. This updated app has made me keep my HALL OF FAME and consider getting the tremolo as well. Thanks for a great app; just in time! Show more

    Crashes and won’t work
    Just updated a new iPhone 8 plus with the new and improved tone print app. It crashes and will not open and function. I deleted it and downloaded it again. Same thing try to open it and it crashes. Over and over again. I don’t even know how to get the old app back on my phone. Show more

    This app doesn’t want to open
    Tone print is a really cool concept but what’s not cool is that the app doesn’t work. It doesn’t seem to want to open... I can’t really do anything with it. It can’t be used for what it’s designed and intended for. It’s kind of like how Jesus can’t do anything with you unless you open your heart to him. ... open your hearts and also fix the app please!     Now fixed!! Was ‘Crashes’
    As promised, revised review. This app is now awesome due to the fix of the crash. I am looking forward to all the sounds I can make with my TonePrint pedals. Show more

    Much better UI
    The UI is far better than before. I dig it. As for the editing on mobile thing, you need a camera connector kit for your phone which is a bit annoying. I'd much rather be able to beam edits like any normal toneprint. The app did crash on boot up multiple times when I was using it in an area where web access was restricted (school wifi). It works fine at home though. Show more

    Totally reworked app crashes (not anymore!)
    Hi TCE! I was excited about the new version, but it crashes after loading for a while. Even deleting and reinstalling did not work. It moves to the background when crashing, but crashes again when selecting it. I'm on a 7 plus with iOS 11.4. So I guess this is more of a bug alert than a review. Hopefully, you'll have it worked out soon! 5 hours after writing this, I tested it on my iPad (same iOS version),and it opened just fine. Tested again on iPhone and it loaded and opened! A database snafu? Cloud clutter? Show more
