Amazon routinely removes music from my library. Have made MANY long duration call with them to get the music reinstated. After an hour plus call and shuffling around, they refund or replace the music. Then, a few days later I find MORE music is missing. No Amazon…. I will NOT repurchase the music you stole from me. I suspect they change/update their contracts with music providers and then ‘adjust’ my library to suit their revised contract. Whatever. They remove music - either songs or entire albums from my library. Show more

Okay I don’t know if this is just my phone but whenever I search up a song and click on it, it takes me to a completely different and random song,and plays that instead. If anyone knows why please help me. Show more

Very disappointed that I cannot play the selections that I originally chose. The new system severely limits my choices! Go back to letting us play ALL the music of our choosing! Show more

After the latest update, this app is garbage. Lost all my playlists and downloaded music. You can’t even play specific songs anymore. Even when they’re in your playlists. It’s now basically an add free radio app. Big push to force everyone into more service fees. First Amazon increased their yearly membership fee, now they’re strong arming everyone into their unlimited subscription. Corporate greed on full display! Show more

Just saw a news feed with an Amazon exec claiming the new and improved music app will be free to prime members! REALL? Then why am I still being promoted to upgrade at a redic monthly fee? Show more

Changes made to the free version basically FORCE you to upgrade and pay. Not good business.

Music choices are horrible now, made me go to Walmart plus and Spotify.

When I had trouble accessing my Amazon Music, the representative I spoke to helped me that day to access my account and my music! Customer service gets a 5 star! Show more

Really enjoyed Amazon Music over all of the others, but now everything is out behind the Unlimited upgrade. I’d rather pay my money to Pandora or Spotify if Amazon is going to start charging to even listen to the playlists I’ve chosen the way I want to listen to them. Show more

Why am i now forced t shuffle my playlists? I can’t turn this off. What the heck? This aside from Amazon trying to force “Prime Music Unlimited” every flippin day.

This app might be my favorite for music it gives you album choices, clean, and normal. It gives you options of what to do with the song as well. I use this app every day. Show more

Offline download used to be free which I curated hundreds of songs and enjoyed listening to them in my car. Now this requires a. Subscription service which makes me rethink prime membership is no longer worth it and likely will not renew. Good job ruining a perfectly good service and experience. Show more

I loved the way the this worked until you recently updated it. Now it is terrible. Way to gouge the customer.

Why pay for music when you cannot even select what you want to listen to. Instead, your selection is bypassed for other songs “Shuffled”. Yes, if you pay “extra” on top of what you already pay, you can listen to what you Really want to hear. Rather Cheesy I’d say. Show more

I have been using Amazon music for years. I enjoyed it because it was explained as a free perk for having Amazon prime membership. The prices go up for Amazon prime and the services have gone down for Amazon music. Now, I can’t even skip the songs, and several have been completely removed from the library. It’s very disappointing, and I have already switched to another music application. Show more

Much better with iPhone vs android. Honestly worth upgrading phones for better performance with Amazon Music.
