Whatever updates they’ve done are awful. For some reason I can’t listen and use directions with Bluetooth in my car. I can’t choose the exact song that I want to listen to anymore. There’s a skip limit on playlist now it’s ridiculous. Show more

When I want to play an album or a particular artist, Alexa takes it upon herself to shuffle the songs with other artists and albums, and refuses to play the album straight through. Hope this “feature” goes away soon. Show more

New update wiped out all of your saved songs, including those you purchases. Songs that had been blocked are now forced into rotation and you can’t skip. If you try to listen to an artist that is available you can’t listen to the whole album, other songs are forced into the rotation. The are trying very hard to push you to the expensive subscription service. Better off to just strip the whole thing and not pretend it is a benefit of Prime anymore. Show more

I have always loved this app but now that you have changed the way we can listen to “free” music - this app stinks!! It used to be a benefit of prime membership but now you have to pay an additional $12 a month to have back what used to be free with you already existing prime membership- it looks like another way Amazon can rape me for $12 a month legally. ? I used to love this ap and used it all the time. Now Amazon has decided that it won’t actually play whatever it is you want it to play, but will instead shuffle your music automatically to play something sort of like what you want to listen to, unless you pay extra for the “unlimited” service. Miss all my old playlists! If I had wanted music from other people in my playlists I would have added it. Very disappointed.

I have a play list and it won’t let me skip songs or plays the same song consecutively. I pay Amazon Prime and get Amazon nothing!

So much better when there was no paid subscription
