    Great app, recent issue
    This app has done well for me and my family over the years. A couple weeks ago the app started crashing and now I can't even open the app. It crashes every time. Been like this for a while now. By the looks of it I suggest you all fix the issue or you will lose all the money you're scamming people out of. Show more

    It’s now worse…if that is possible.
    Been around since Best Buy by Rhapsody days The majority of the time the app doesn’t open. It was perfectly fine, but the summer update made this app unusable. Additional updates include crashes, unable to login, and unable to even open it the majority of the time. I’d stay away from this service if I were you. Six months is plenty of time to fix the issues. Show more

    Need ability to delete songs from playlist
    It doesnt let you when song is playing. Super annoying to have to go through the entire playlist just to delete one song

    Save yourself the frustration
    App has nothing but problems, only reason I’ve stayed is because of my extensive playlist and come to find out now about 500 tracks are missing from it and who knows which ones they are and if I’ll ever figure it out again.. this app has ruined my day and cruising in my car countless times from the lag amongst other things. Customer support responds but issues reside after I’m told to do a number of things on my side to fix the issues.. highly not recommended. Show more

    Freezes
    Updating my last review. Still had a freeze every now and the but still on a regular basis. It will finish a song and then not go to the next song. You have to close out the app, wait, come back, find you song / album again. Randomly logs me out now. That’s a newer bug, I just updated so we’ll see if that fixes any of this. Still 2 stars because this is happening too often. Show more

    I’ve finally had enough
    Longtime subscriber, pre-Rhapsody, I think it was called Urge. The update this past summer has destroyed this app’s functionality. It will randomly crash or log me out several times a day, I have a 2 Bluetooth speakers and my car stereo is Bluetooth and all 3 of these oddly have individual lists of songs that won’t play (won’t play Rammstein in one speaker, won’t play Metallica in the other, and won’t play Noisestorm in the car(there are more examples, these are just off the top of my head)) if I lose cell signal, nothing plays despite being downloaded tracks AND the app is in offline mode, (why should cell signal affect what’s already downloaded onto my phone?) and just starting today, the app loads for 30 seconds max and crashes. I had been thinking about switching to Spotify but decided against it because my subscription date passed and I figured I’d use it for another year…then this update happened. Todays issue was the last straw, or so I thought. I went to the website to cancel my subscription and THAT LINK DOESN’T WORK EITHER! Honestly, I’m so dissatisfied, I’m likely going to cancel the credit card I pay with just so this all goes away. And the most disappointing part has yet to come. That will be the generic response that will be posted to this that’s worded exactly the same as all the other responses to all the other complaints I’ve read here. Show me I’m wrong and write something original. Or don’t write anything, it doesn’t really matter anymore. Consider me a lost customer due to a severe setback in functionality and patiently waiting 6 months for a fix that never came, and I no longer expect. EDIT: vvv See? Told you!     Please fix it
    I’ve used this app for years & have always liked it until the last couple of months. I’m tired of having to sign in every time I use it & sometimes it takes several tries to get the sign in to work. Also, I often have trouble getting the music to start playing. Please fix it, I don’t want to have to switch to a new app but I will if these issues continue. Show more

    Not great anymore
    Used it since it was Music Match Juke Box. It was always great. Now I can’t even login. Switching to something else. In the words of Fall Out Boy,”Thanks for the Memories”. Show more

    Good if it works
    Used for over a decade and loved. Bad update about six months ago. Now constantly logs me out, casting problems, suddenly gets stuck and stops after one song. Also I hate not having a permanent queue I can use to play from different sources without making a playlist. Happy when it works but it’s so so buggy. Show more

    Not good anymore.
    Had the service for a really long time. The crashes, glitches, and getting logged out has happened almost every day for a month or so. I listen to music all day so it has been frustrating. The tech support tries to help and is responsive but the issues just come back over and over. Are the issues so bad that they cannot push updates to improve? Most applications have updates to fix bugs and stability and given it has had issues most of the year I’m not sure if it is being worked on. Again, the people handling the customer service tickets do reply to inquiries but the issues have persisted with service overall nonetheless. I am disappointed because I like the app when it works.     Napter use to be a great music app. Since June 2022 the app has not been work feel. I will probably switch to apple.

    pls fix bug
    There’s an annoying bug. While casting music, whenever the app is opened after running in the background, the song that is currently playing will reset.

    Best music app, and very annoying lately
    Think the app is great, been using since it was rhapsody but lately REALLY annoying that I have to sign in and sometimes don’t connect. Favorites may appear and maybe not. The play history is always out of date and when listening to track would like to be able to go back to artist page which has been changed somehow. I get that you think updates are necessary to “ improve” the service but sometimes you should leave some features alone. Thinking of trying another music stream. Show more

    What happened to the in app equalizer? You used to be able to adjust the sound but now I can’t find the option.

    Deletes songs
    Automatically deletes songs from playlists. Not sure why, songs are are still available. If you are going to pay there are better options

    Reaggeton selection is missing from the Latin section. I’m extremely disappointed.

    Many bugs
    My favorites always get quadrupled so the same song is listed multiple times in a row and the app constantly crashes for days at a time so I can’t listen to anything unless u put my phone in airplane mode and listen to songs I have downloaded. I’ve used this app for years and the last fee months it’s given me so many issues. Show more
