why can't you guys update the app? we pay good money for our audio systems and it would sure be nice if this app would work!! i've got the iLX-F309 and this app has never had real support for it even though it was marketed like it did now the app doesn't even work!!!!???? last time I buy Alpine that's for sure! I recently bought the Alpine ilx-f309 for my 2016 Jeep renegade and it didn’t have either head unit nor Jeep listed in the app to choose from

Be extra careful I have a X109D head unit and was simply trying to update my radio customization when I lost connection via USB and the update froze and my head unit got zonked and will not reset it refresh or work. Had to take it all apart and send it to Alpine to fix the unit. Thank goodness it’s still under warranty otherwise $3k unit burnt toast. Show more

Just wanted to know how to remove the screen

I have the iLX-207 the First problem is when I went to Radio Customization it didn’t even have my vehicle it only gave you 10 vehicle choices then it’s supposed to have Facebook Notifications and since I have had this unit I have not gotten one and I have at least 10-15 people post on my page. I have even called ALPINE tech support and told the guy my issues he said he would look into it and took my name and number it’s been 3 months and heard nothing back... lol! If ALPINE says there units do something they should do it. You guys who are writing a review bet nothing gets fixed but I promise you this is the last time I will ever buy a ALPINE Show more

Everyone giving this app a bad review because you have to put some leg work into setting it up for your particular vehicle, head unit and speakers. But this is a fantastic app once you’ve customized it for your system... seriously 5 star for tweaking the sound of your Apple Music library. Show more

I can’t log in to the app since yesterday. Im not able to access all my EQ configurations. Password reset doesn’t work either. That will make anyone very angry.

Well, almost. I tried signing up for an account, but I can’t even create a username because everything is apparently taken (no, really. Even the most random of names). There’s no point in going any further. I was at least able to EQ my head unit. That was cool, but I can’t save it. There’s a ton of bugs. Cool idea and I’m sure once it works, it’ll be awesome. But it looks like Alpine only updates this bad boy about once a year. So, I’m not putting to much hope in this app. It’s unfortunate because the EQ settings on the actual head unit are very minimal. I have the ILX-107, basically this app is a pain to use and there is no user guide to help you figure it out. Why would you need a user guide?, because almost every setting I have used on it cancels out any changes you have made to other settings (settings that have nothing to do with what I just changed). I have no idea what order you have to set things in order to shape the sound for my car. On top of that every time I do configure something it loses the settings for which speaker sizes I have setup in it. In the end, now I have to buy a DSP and set the stereo back to default in order to get the features that were in the TuneIt app. I won’t be buying any Alpine products in the future. I basically paid $700 for a stereo with $300 worth of usable functions. Show more

Does Not work with the new 2019 head units. Last time this app was updated was over a year ago. Come on alpine update this app to work with all the 2019 head units. Especially the ILX-W650!!!!! Show more

Ok so I have a 2013 Dodge Dart , just installed an alpine ilx-207, this app has a learning curve to it? OK, you get on the app it has like 6 buttons to choose from, click top left and fine tune it, click save, add your info now it’s locked in all you can do is delete it because you can’t adjust that one... long story short click all the boxes, fine tune it to your ear, listen to to multiple genres of music adjust again(unless you want to make multiple tunings) and don’t click save until you’ve finalized everything to how you like it, click save and your done! I’m not 100% sure but I usually open the app and click on my setting when I get into the car and plug my phone in, I don’t think it saves your settings in the unit itself. For the 10 seconds it takes to do it each time is well worth it! From what I see in the reviews it’s user error not app issues, just food for thought.! Show more

I downloaded and signed up for an account and never received a verification link or code approving my account. I checked my junk mail and even tried to sign up with an alternate email, but still no luck. Looks like a very useful app if I can log in. Show more

This app doesn’t even let you create an account easily. It refuses my vehicle, says it’s ‘taking longer than usual’ I have tried 12 times to create this thing...useless.

I’ve had an ILX-207 for over a year, and this app does not support the model. Update this app!!!!!

For a company that is #1 in car stereos, I can’t express how disappointing it is to use this app. 1. I cannot “Try” any settings downloaded into my library. Despite being told that the app is connected to my stereo, when I tap “Try” on a downloaded settings I’m told every time that my phone is not connected to the stereo. 2. When I search for new settings, I am unable to navigate to any other page in the app. I have to close the app and reopen it. 3. When I am connected to the app I am not allowed to customize my settings from the Radio Settings page; both the Radio Customization and Facebook Notification icons are disabled and I have no idea why. 4. The tutorials are woefully incomplete and utterly useless. Show more

Can’t get app to work and must keep inputting personal data. I am not sure how these other positive reviews came about. This is an app that is not friendly and is a time vampire. Wished alpine just offered a simple audio remote like others do.... Show more

Just make the app work! I went through all the paces to set up an account and then tweak my settings. I saved them and made another only to find out THEY DON’T work!! This is just a silly app with a bunch of cute graphics to play with. Who gives a rip about sharing settings on facebook? Gimme a break, just do your own. Oh, and why do you force a bunch of Dummy info into the parameters just because you don’t have Alpine everything? And, also, for those who install into non-conventional vehicles like an RV, you gotta “fake” a bunch more parameters. Yikes. Show more

Doesn’t work, says my phone is connected then when I try to do anything it says it’s not connected...

I have this playing on my iPad with my alpine behind it and need it to go in landscape mode
