    Excellent
I had a little difficulty getting SoundFlower to install on Catalina. But Vector's support was super helpful. The program is excellent.

    Not good
The software is easy to use. I wanted to use it basically to split audio tracks from vinyl recordings. The split function works fine but unfortunately, if you want to merge 2 audio tracks, the merge is not smooth and you can clearly listen where the 2 tracks merge. I'm talking about merging two different segments from the same song that for any reason was recorded as 2 different flac files. The transition should be flawless. I used Audiogate before and it was perfect. Unfortunately Audiogate do not work with MacOS Catalina. I should have tried merging the tracks before spending $20. Show more

Powerful and yet easy to use
I am not a sound engineer or anything like that. I am an educator and I play in a band. Often I need to edit recordings of online classes or rehearsal sessions to share with my groups. Other simplistic tools where not powerful enough for some of the things I wanted to do. Vector has given me all the tools I need with great precision and in a way I, not an expert, can understand and use. I am very satisfied and very much recommend this app. Show more

    Great For What I Do
I'm learning a foreign language. And when I have to make a presentation. A native speaker records my presentation. I listen to the words, speed, and punctuation. I can stop and drop a marker. Then return to any place in the recording to listen again. Show more

I really love what I can do with Vector 3
I am not a professional. I am a preacher. I use the program for my church and am often cleaning up and editing services and choir performances. It does great for what we need and it is easy to use. I love it. Show more

Simple, powerful and fantastic to use.
I use this for all kinds of things, from ad-hoc voice overs to podcasts, instrumentals and more. My home studio is still mostly analog and Vector 3 with a few audio devices fit perfetly in the setup for most recording needs. What I like about it is, there's almost no learning curve; everything is pretty much exactly where you'd expect it to be. This is a very nice, straight-forward recording and editing tool that does both things very well without bloat and complexity. Show more

    Love it
I’ve been using Vector for about three years and I am so impressed. It is easy to use and it has not crashed or erased a file. Well worth it.

    Very Useful Application
I needed a functional audio app to record narrations for some screencams I was recording on a MacBook Air. I find GarageBand too obtuse and didn’t want to waste a Creative Cloud installation for such a simple use. So I bought Vector 3 and it works like a charm. Highly visual, easy to use, and problem free. Perhaps the best $20 I’ve ever spent. Show more

    waste of money
    Not user friendly at all.

    Did not work for me…!
I bought Vector to replace my previous wave editor for recording dj sets. Nothing more to say as Vector’s audio input did not like my firewire audio interface. Never got to go any further. A waste of money for me. Show more
