The app works great. The only feature I’d like to add is to be able to rename a file right from the app, as opposed to going to the folder that has the files in it. You just need to add a rename option to the drop down from the main screen. Thanks! Show more

This app provides me an excellent and user friendly digital recorder for my songs. I typically use a CAD USB condenser mike and my MacBook Pro, play an acoustic 6 string or 12-string guitar and sing my songs for initial recording tracks. I am a folk singer songwriter, so I do not need the complexity of GarageBand or Logic Pro X for recording my songs. I just use a guitar, my voice and occasionally a harmonica. I use SongBook on my iPad and Mac and use Easy Audio Recorder to record the music track and copy it to the song folder that contains the lyrics and chords on a sheet from SongBook. This promo claims that the application will record from any source. THIS IS FALSE! It will only record from sources available to any other sound or music application on your dock. For a Macintosh IT WILL NOT RECORD MAC AUDIO. (It “claims” to be compatible with OS 7 or later! OK, yes, it’ll run; but it won’t do what you want it to do.) Show more

Looking for an application to record myself reading a textbook so that I can listen to it in the car, working out, etc, to help me study. This app is perfect and simple. Easily recorded 2+ hours of audio the first night I downloaded this app. If you are looking for super simple record and playback capabilites, this app is great. I have not tried it to mix sound, record music, etc, just simple speech. Show more

Love this app…makes it extremely easy to do recordings of any length and the quality of the recording is excellent. Love it!

Don’t waste your money… Download the free app, (Lite), there is NO difference other than you’ll pay $3.99 for nothing!

This is a terrible recording application, I cannot change anything and you cannot even play back files or change their names. There are no customizable features and your recording is in WAV, no other options bit rates or anything. I'm very disappointed spending my 1USD Show more

This app looked simple enough to utilize for what I needed (short voice recordings, solo auditions for a choir, etc.). I used the app ONCE to record myself (less than 10 sec. record time), then listened to it. The recording was very quiet (volume was turned all the way up on my Mac), but it did work. I deleted it and decided to record again for a little bit longer. After recording, I pushed PLAY on my recording…lo and behold- the FIRST recording played back to me. This happened 5 more times. I have still not been able to record anything and have it play back- it STILL plays back my first recording. AWFUL! I want a refund. Show more
