When I open the app it forces me to update. When I do it just spins and never downloads and installs the updated version. I can’t do anything with this system. Legrand has basically bricked my whole home audio system. Show more

Outdated music services. Please add amazon and Apple Music. No one, literally no one likes pandora anymore........except psychopaths. Basically you made an app for psychos. I hope you’re happy !

Like many others, I got the onQ system that came with my home and was set up by Guardian but the app won’t connect to my device and only works through bluetooth. I have to leave my phone in the kitchen to play music in the bedroom?? It skips and breaks constantly. I can’t reach anyone for help and I don’t see an end to this issue in sights. Why are Ryan Homes and Guardian using this horrid system?! Also, just downloaded the update and now the system says it can’t bind at all so I can no longer use the app for bluetooth. Show more

Ryan Homes should be sued for offering this product in the homes they sell. This is the worst app/ product I have ever experienced.

This app is a simple no frills control for whole house audio. Unlike the other reviews I have no issues with it and it works all the time. Yes it’s simple and no frills but for controlling the zones and playing pandora on them it is great. Show more

We purchased some whole house audio speakers through Guardian when building our home, and unfortunately it requires the use of this awful app. More often than not, this app won’t even function to be able to play music. On the off chance that you can get this to play, it often cuts out mid-song. There are so many bugs in the app, I often just give up. I frequently receive errors about not being able to connect to the distribution module, so we are unable to play music through any of the 4 sets of speakers that we had prewired throughout the house. This was supposed to bring sound and joy into our home, and I simply loathe the thought of attempting to use it at all. Avoid this as a home audio sound solution if possible. Show more

After the most recent update I can’t choose which music source the play. I don’t get a choice of iHeartRadio, Pandora or anything. It’s useless right now. Please Fix!

Can someone please fix this app or update? The Legrand system is playing music after I deleted the app, closed the iPad, and disconnected the wifi. Why is it still playing music??? This is so frustrating Show more

No issues until they did the update... now it won’t work at all?!

Does not work and I have had No support from Company that sold me this piece of junk. Very costly mistake. Have only had 6 months and if I could get my money back I would. Do Not Buy!!! Show more
