The app is basically useless. Can’t keep a connection going even if the video is downloaded. It would be great if they would get a legitimate 3rd party to make a functional app. For over $300 per year and everyone listening on mobile devices it needs to be their priority over new content. The content is amazing and deserves a much better app. There are way too many bugs to mention here, but here’s an important one: app crashes at the end of each video. There’s no iPad support and I doubt many use this on their phones. I can’t watch the following part of a series without looking for the master, going to the series and looking for the following part. Please do your amazing and important content justice! Get someone who’s good at making apps! (and websites while you’re at it, because while the website is a lot less buggy in comparison, it has way too many bugs for a renowned company that charges over $300 a year). Show more

Amazing stuff. App right now does give me various seemingly random errors mostly about my user being logged in or out. Seems to get confused about that and gives me pop ups where I just click "ok". Would be nice to iron out some more bugs in the app. Otherwise super fantastic. Show more

App needs an overhaul. I have to keep a note of which video I’m on because this app is so bad at showing what’s next. Watch Netflix and copy. Please

Doesn’t get any worse than that... the videos are great but MWTM technology and content organization (both app — when it works — and website) are subpar.

The app worked fine for me at first. After a couple months, the app would no longer let me sign in. It gave me some error about how it didn’t recognize me, then when I went to sign out it said I was signed in. I couldn’t play any video’s, nothing. I deleted the app and attempted to download it again. Now the intro screen turns on and it just shuts itself down. Very disappointed in this. Show more

Hasn’t been updated in a year. Won’t open and stay open. Even after deleting and reinstalling, it won’t open. Expensive monthly cost for something that doesn’t work. : (

I have always been a fan of mix with masters. Love the content.I don’t have any problem with the app I don’t know why people are rating it so low.

The app doesn’t remember where I left off in the last video I was watching, so I always have to scroll and find it. Very annoying. When watching a video series, why don’t the videos just auto-play one after the other? I always habe to manually go to the next one. Also, please enable audio playback even if the screen is locked: a lot of times I’m listening through headphones while doing something else and I don’t need to have the video playing. I like learning and hearing what the guests have to day but the app makes the experience poor so it makes me open it less often than I would like, considering I’m paying for a pro membership. If I only had a free account I probably would never open this app because it’s frustrating to use. Show more

The app doesn’t remember where I left off. Series aren’t well organized. The download feature is broken. It’s not a cheap membership, I would expect a better experience for the money. Show more

I’m not being gratuitously with the title. This app is building me up to request a refund. I love the videos but this app succeeds in either making them as hard to view as possible, and as unenjoyable as possible. Why the hell do I have to work so hard to find the next video in the series I’m watching? I was just watching one marked as Part 1 and can’t even find Part 2. As for tying to find it via search? Forget that! Search won’t return barely anything. This app is just plain amateur hour. Its infuriating and ruins what should be a very enjoyable experience. Hell, an app with just one page of text links to each video would be better. At least then I could navigate easily. Ugh. Show more

Utterly useless app.

For the price of these trainings I would expect a much better experience. App doesn’t remember the last video you watch or episode. Videos take forever to load, it’s really hard to scroll or fast forward, and navigation is bad overall. Step it up guys. Show more

The download option (my priority reason for downloading the app) is almost entirely non functional. It takes hours to download a 10 min video and it isn’t my internet which is extremely fast. The download stops constantly if the phone turns off and it doesn’t prioritize downloads or consider a manageable file size. From the looks of it, these downloads are huge files (Gigabytes) which is totally useless on a 7 inch iPhone screen. All in all, it sounds like MWTM is focused on great content which they do well but if they don’t get their act together and get a real development team that knows what they are doing, I can’t imagine I’d recommend this to my 5-10 producer friends who otherwise would easily buy subscriptions and go through the content. They are losing money thinking they are saving money on this side of the business. Show more

doesn’t stream to airplay. have everything latest versions. other apps work fine. useless app since you can do same from the regular website.

How convenient it would be to watch on my TV via AirPlay. I cannot get it to work. Bummer.

This app struggles under the need for better QA testing. While the content available is good, having to continually (for several years now) work around the app’s bugs is an exercise in managing frustration. Feels like the developer might be getting close to putting these bugs to rest— but then again, we’ve been here before. Recommendation: MWTM subscribers are paying several hundred dollars a year for a much better app experience. This is vital to ensuring people will continue to subscribe. Hire a reputable software development shop to finally take over for the amateurs currently developing this app. Show more

Sure maybe there are a couple bugs and you might have to tap a few extra buttons here and there...... But it works! These guys aren’t developing like the next Angry Birds app or something....cut them some slack. Its just meant for really geeky audio nerds to watch some great videos in hotel rooms or on planes (or lunch breaks). I am using with iOS. Thank you for making this available! Show more

Videos won't play on iPhone... Glad I paid so much $ for a product I'm not able to use!

I only used this app because the web site wouldn’t play on my older iPad. App one day decides to just spin on login. Apparently a new version of the app was required. New version wouldn’t work on my older iPad that lives in my pack. Loaded new version on newer iPad, and now everything is in portrait mode and videos get displayed in random order. Hard to believe anyone anywhere would let this out in the wild. Show more
