    Love and Hate
    I want to love this app since I talk highly of it to my friends but it’s hard to love it because I have to always connect and keep connecting to the app/machine. It’s frustrating when you’re idle on your phone and suddenly lose connection and you have to stop singing just to connect(by scanning the code again). I wish it remained connected as long as the phone and machine are both on and connected to the same wifi network. Fix this and I can sell more of these machines. I’ve already purchased/sold 5 of these in the last two months. Show more

    Nowhere to enter the GV Code
    Very frustrating! Where do i enter the GV Code thru the App so I can add more songs

    Wont connect!
    The app wont connect to wifi. It used to connect before the update now it wont pair it at all. There has to be a better way of communication. Why cant the device and the app talk to each other when connected to the same wifi? Show more

    I LIKE THAT SONG
    If we can buy a songs individual the one that we like only not by volume, if you guys can do that it would been so nice. Maybe $2.00 for one songs. Show more

    Can’t purchase new volume
    Can’t buy new volume. I have my codes but no way to put in the codes. I tried to press the update to grand karaoke to appear the boxes to put in the codes but still doesn’t show. So frustrating! I AM EXPECTING someone will contact me. Show more

    iPhone doesn’t connect
    My iPhone doesn’t connect to the device despite being on the same WiFi network. Super frustrating because it used to work. Update: I re-downloaded this app and changed my privacy settings like you said, and it still doesn’t pair... Show more

    Syncing impossible
    Used to be, I could use my iPhone X and my son’s iPad Pro to run this app. Then I could use just my son’s iPad Pro. Now neither work. Email support is worthless. They don’t know what is going on with their own product. App changes name of WIFI being used to “null”. Regretting purchasing the Grand Videoke Symphony 3 now. Should have gone with Magic Sing or Platinum. At least their apps work! Show more

    Can’t put the code for new volume

    Can’t connect to wi-fi
    Worst than before! I just updated and when I open the app to connect to wi-fi, nothing happens, just black screen. Very frustrating! And I paid over $500 to get frustrated. Show more

    frustrating
    app keeps getting disconnected and its just frustrating to have to reconnect while everybody is waiting to sing. now this app just wont connect!

    Can’t paid with app after update
    The latest update took away the ability to pair and also messed up a lot of screens where icons are directly on top of text so it is all jumbled. I am trying to see how to go back to a stable version. I purchased song packs I can’t use now because the app will not pair after the update. I hope my codes don’t expire so I can still use them when a stable version gets released. Show more

    Upset
    This app was working for a few months but now I can NEVER get it to connect to the machine! I’m connected to the same WiFi as the machine but it still displays an error message. Hope you guys fix this soon. Show more
