    Not Pairing at all!
    I connected the machine to our home wifi on AP Mode and everytime i try to pair on my iphone it says not connected to the same wifi balh blah. Useless app Show more

    Frustrated!
    There has got to be a better way to connect. It’s very frustrating when I lose connection over and over again over a period of one hour. Why can’t the device connect directly to the Wi-Fi network and the app connect to the same Wi-Fi network and then talk to each other? There’s got to be a better way than this. It makes me not want to own this machine. Show more

    Connecting devices to main unit.
    As I have read other reviews, I have the same exact problem. I cannot connect ANY of my devices to the machine. Followed every step, watched youtube video, read the guide, emailed WOW, and still ne success. I feel jipped. Very disappointed. Update: After several back and forth emails with customer service, I was able to update the machine’s software, which enabled me to successfully purchase, and download new song packs! Now I give it 5 stars! Show more

    Pairing Issues
    I have not been able to pair the app with the TKR-373MP+. I’ve tried to pair via hot spot and WiFi. I keep getting a connection failure message on the app. I’ve tried to pair multiple times, specifically I try to pair every time I start the device and it never works. Very frustrating! Show more

    Totally worthless
    Bought this unit and installed the app into my iPhone X max Decided to try to download volume 15 Does not work totally useless app for my iPhone Don’t like it want my money back Show more

    Synching doesn’t work
    Trying to sync vol 13 songs to the grand videoke ftom my iPhone but it just turns on the camera light. Cannot sync or pair any song. Any reason why it does that? Show more

    Your WiFi password is exposed
    Connection to WiFi is stable. Always used “previous connection “. However your password is in full view of the public and not hidden. It is a major flaw. I have Google WiFi connected to my Arris router and created a guest WiFi connection to avoid exposing my private password. The developer must fix this flaw before I can give it an upgrade. Show more
