    Got billed for premium, but not getting the features
    No way to contact developers or company at all. You read that you need to use the app to open a support ticket, but to get to that part of the app you have to be in paid tier. I was billed to be in paid tier (Premium) but app acts like I am not, so I have no way to start a ticket to solve. This app used to be a great app. Now it is a hot mess. Wish there was a better way to communicate with them to resolve, but this seems to be it. Maybe asking for a refund will get their attention. Not my preference, but seems to be no other way. Sad when something like this app goes under. Show more

    It worked great for me!
    I’ve been a long time OnSong 2020 user and was afraid of trying 2022 from looking at the reviews. I was having problems with 2020 for several weeks and decided to try 2022 and it has worked great so far. Show more

    Love it!
    I use it daily. One of the most useful things is the ability to immediately change the key of a song when searching for the key that matches your vocal range. Also, I appreciate the ability to import songs (lyrics and chords) that you have found on the internet. Unfortunately, one is unable to highlight individual words or chords in a song, only complete lines of lyrics. Love the ability to create SETS and arrange and change the order of songs within the set. Show more

    Premium Subscription is a Ripoff!!
    My ability to screen cast from my iPAd onto my TV suddenly stopped working, even though every other app will screencast. I could not get any response to my request for support, so like a fool I paidthe $99 for a Lifetime Subscription because it claims you can upgrade your support by doing so. WRONG. First, I am unable to submit a fast track support request. It just keeps saying a need to upgrade to Premium - WHICH I'VE ALREADY DONE. Second, I've sent dozens of emails and request through the app as well, and I get nothing but the automated response saying they've received my request. I did get one copy and paste message recommending that I upgrade my app - WHICH I'VE ALREADY DONE! I've now been asking, pleading, demanding, a refund, but no one ever answers me. Of course. I would rather try to chisel my songs into stone tablets than use this app. Show more

    Buggy and forced old interface
    Got excited when I saw OnSong on the app store, have been using the ios app for about 10 years and have been able to avoid most pay-to-use updated versions ever since, after so many years in the market you would expect some fresh and optimized GUI, keyboard and commands friendly, but it's all the contrary, same interface from iOs was forced into MacOs, keyboard commands do nothing and bugs are so present most times it wont recognize me typing on the text window which renders the whole app useless..     Glitchy
    I used to love OnSong. With this new update, not only do I have to pay for a service that was free to me before, but it’s also very glitchy. Every time I try to update a song and save it, the changes don’t save. I have to try to make the changes multiple times before they stick. It’s very frustrating. Show more

    update
    The Beta team has successfully fixed the bug which was making my mp3's to dissappear. This took less than a week. All issues that I had seem to have been successfully addressed. Thank you to Jordan, Jaime, and the development team for a fast response! Show more

    Disappointed
    I really wanted this to work. Love many of the features and options but the editing is beyond frustrating. Editing chord pro files - so e changes are saved and some not. Same with text files. Too much effort to have to constantly redo the work. Show more
