    Quiz is all screwed up!
When I take the quiz and tap the B on the keyboard, it always turns red (wrong answer). The notes have sharps in front of them, but the quiz tells me they are flats! I have the latest IOS on my iPhone, so it must be the app! It’s pretty frustrating! Show more

    Please Update
This is a great go-to app for music teaching and scale references, and I'm hoping the developer will reconsider updating it, as the next iOS update will spell its end. The quiz is great! Show more

    Quiz does not work properly
The quiz is very buggy. Ok for a free app but not worth paying for.

    I'd hoped for more!
I'm disappointed with this app. I'd hope that there would be a variety of quizzes and in fact there's only a note reading quiz. Also, there's no way to erase quizzes past scores? Oh well ... too bad ... but I find that I wasted my money on this. Show more

    AMAZING APP!!!! PLS UPDATE
This app is helpful. Do continue and complete this app. Possibilities are grander than what is currently known.

    Huh?
I got stuck on the keys screen, I couldn't even get to the quizzes. Plus the quiz doesn't give you any options to which clef you want to use whereas apps ive used in the past did. Show more

    Musician
A little underwhelmed here. Certainly not an exhaustive music dictionary, and some of the definitions themselves are puzzling (look at definition of 3/4 time, for example). Nice interface, of course, but that only makes the major grammatical errors more salient (see "it's", everywhere). Show more

    Music producer
Nota is the best if you don't have any knowledge in music theory. It's very easy to learn and interact with. Just wish it had a record button. But it does accomplish its purpose. Nobe D.M.F General Show more

    Buggy
This app is not really useful if you already have a basic training in music. The quiz would be great for learning solfege, but it is so buggy it's useless. This app isn't with the cost. Show more

    NOT PLEASED WITH NOTA!
I bought this app under the impression that it would do a lot more than it actually does. It has a nice interface, and nice sounds but I feel as if I could have just used google or wolfram alpha to find all the information included here and it would have been more convenient. Not to mention that it wouldn't have cost $2.99. Perhaps if this had cost $0.99 I wouldn't have been so annoyed. Show more

    Great for defining terms
Love that there's a keyboard, quiz and dictionary. Most well rounded music theory app I've found.
