    Changes to app
I loved Amazon music until they made changes now forcing the customer to have the unlimited account. I’ve had Amazon music for years and made many playlist that I would be able to listen and select specific songs, now with the change Amazon selects the music for me. And when the 3rd song plays it will just continue to play the song over and over again and I’m not able to skip. Not happy with the app. Show more

    Went downhill fast
New changes are discouraging. Prime Music that came with the prime membership used to be my go-to source to enjoy music. New changes make it a frustrating non-enjoyable experience.

    Change it back
Once upon a time I wouldn’t have hesitated to give a 5 star review; however getting rid of the ability to add songs to my music library and instead get put into my likes. I don’t like it. My library is meant to be the main hub of all my music whereas playlists are for certain moods or situations. I pay the extra for unlimited and now it’s just a mess and frustrating. Really hope the devs listen and fix that stuff Show more

    Amazon music
I think it would have been better if you could select the song you want to listen to instead of shuffling it automatically

    Worthless
The new Prime Music is worthless. My playlists will only play one song over and over. If you pick a song another song plays of another genre. You made something that was good worthless. Show more

    Considering cancelling Prime
I’m a long-time Prime member and used to be able to pick a song to listen to, but now the app scrambles them and plays something else. Now I have to pay extra just to listen to what I want. As if Amazon wasn’t already making enough money from me and everyone else. I just want to be able to listen to the specific song I want at the time I choose it. Show more

    Prime music ruined
Amazon really ruined the app with this “update.” It’s not worth using anymore. Perhaps it’s time to cancel prime membership

    Big mistake! BIG! Huuuge❕
Cancelling Prime, nothing prime about it anymore. Music was 1/4 of what I paid for, yet for some ODD reason you’ve eliminated my rights to it… I’ll be seeking reimbursement for the remaining months of my contract with you: 1/4 what I paid per month Can’t believe AMAZON is Shrinflating! Changes
I no longer appreciate that I pay for a prime membership which used to include music that I could control. Now because of greed in order to control exactly what I listen to I have to pay even more money. I can no longer skip songs I do not wish to hear and my playlists no longer play my songs but will shuffle through similar songs that aren’t on my play list. I might as well listen to the radio or pay to use apple’s music app. Show more

    The new version stinks. Seriously.
First, if you have the old version of this app, DO NOT UPDATE IT. The new version is horrible. It defeats the purpose of having playlists, unless you pay a more exorbitant fee on top of what you’re already paying for Prime. Second, you can’t play a specific song, again, unless you pay for Unlimited. It just shuffles similar songs. It’s hot garbage. I’m seriously saying that YouTube music is better. Do not download, it’s not worth the space. Edit: the only reason I haven’t deleted this app is because of the podcasts, and even that’s iffy. Show more

    Not compatible with Alexa
Alexa won’t play my Amazon Music Unlimited playlist. 2 Amazon products that don’t talk to each other

Can’t listen to my downloaded music offline
Somewhere along the line I lost ability to listen to my downloaded library of songs offline. They are still there but greyed out when offline. I get an error message that the song is no longer available offline but I can download playlists for listening later offline? My entire downloaded library is not available. What gives? Show more

Recent changes have made it unbearable
Are used to love, Amazon prime music. I have been a member for years. The updates that were made take away a lot of the things that made it appealing this product now stinks. Show more

    New shuffle Policy
The only thing your new shuffle policy does is guarantee I can’t here the song I want. I would love to know the name of the person who decided that was a good plan!!! Show more

Was great… now they want more money
Used to be great. Could pick songs, and create an offline playlist. Now you can only listen to their shuffled playlist, can’t skip songs, replay a song or download for an offline playlist. I already pay my annual Amazon fee… like I said, this used to be good. Now they’ve taken everything away from us and want us to pay more money. Show more

Where is the old prime music
Paying for Amazon prime and we no longer have any of the music options previously enjoyed. How can Amazon just take away the package we have been paying for. Not right. Show more
