I’ve had a player piano for 20 years. I have both QRS and Pianodisc installed on my baby grand and I’m really impressed with what Pianostream can do. I find myself using PS more than QRS or PD. It sounds spectacular and there is always new content which is where the others are lacking. You can even make requests and the communication with the PS team is second to none Richie (on the official PS Facebook group) is very responsive and you can tell he loves what he does and is a pleasure to talk to. This app is amazing! Literally gave a new life to my piano. Prior to knowing that PIANOSTREAM existed I had to make use of CDs and floppy disks to play music on my Disklavier. Now I stream all music via my iPhone to the Piano. Many many many amazing songs with top quality recording: ABBA, Frank Sinatra, Bryan Adams, and much much more. Highly recommend, worth every penny! Recent upgrades have made this app easier to use. Marking my favorites gives me a playlist that will run for about three hours. The digital format is the way to go if your piano can be set for it. Show more

Love bringing my 1916 Steinway to life for hours at a time. Since I love piano music of all kinds but don’t play but do have a Pianodisc player. So great to have continuous music. The small investment to make this happen is so worth it! Show more

I am so happy with this app!!! It put new life into our older Yamaha Mark III player. It feels like we own a piano bar now. The app is easy to navigate and variety of music is great and improves daily. Only problem is we play it too loud and neighbors are probably not happy with us. Show more

This app is amazing. There is every type of music you would ever want. It works effortlessly and plays amazing piano. When I had an issue finding a song that I liked and couldn’t find any more, I dropped them a note and within minutes they found it for me. This is so much better than buying the albums through piano disc that I end up only like a few of the songs on. With this app o get to listen to exactly what I want. I have a circa 1998 piano desk PDS 128+ and have used the PIANOSTREAM app for digital with the Yamaha midi Bluetooth adapter. Today - with help support from the PIANOSTREAM developer - I was able to use the analog portion of the app to play audio along with the piano. Help needed was to change my iPhone from mono to audio mode. Response to my inquiry was super fast. Thank you Richie!! Show more

We have a 1989 Disklavier MX-100A. Using the Yamaha BT01 Bluetooth adapter, we we able to easily access the vast library of songs in the Pianostream library. It’s been a real pleasure to have our 33 year old piano brought into the 21st century!! Thank you Pianostream!! Show more

The amount of content and variety is excellent and keeps getting better. More songs are added all the time. It’s a great bargain, for the price it can’t be beat. The App works great and is very stable. The quality of the music playing is terrific. Customer service and technical support are first rate. It would be even better with a search feature, but I can’t complain. My wife and family are really enjoying the music it brings into our home and and are extremely happy with Pianostream. Our Yamaha Disklavier MX100A has just woken up from a deep sleep bringing music back into our home with the Piano Stream App! Yes, we have floppy discs but now we have an entire online library to explore and enjoy. Had one issue setting it up but a simple text to the developer solved the issue in 5 minutes. Great App! I texted Christmas morning on how to use app. I am technologically challenge and he texted right back and walked me thru it. This is on Christmas morning! How can I get service Iike this everywhere one can only wish! Now that it working I sat there for hours going thru all the amazing songs on the app, so simple to use. It’s Christmas Eve and I can’t get PianoStream to play my QRS enabled baby grand piano. So I cross my fingers and send Richie at PianoStream customer support a message asking him what to do. Immediately, and I mean within less than 2 minutes, he sends me back one suggestion and then moments later, several links to several videos one of which has the perfect answer. Presto, I am ready for the party tonight with Christmas music from PianoStream artists virtually sitting at our piano. Quite honestly, without the PianoStream library we would not enjoy our QRS system even a tenth as much as we do. Thanks for saving Christmas Richie! Show more
