I love the ability to not rely on the song book and use my phone to add songs. However, the app should not kick out users every time they connect. It seems pointless to try to connect to the machine, only to be kicked out and try to scan the QR code to connect. Please address this. Show more

Bought this system along time ago, my iPhones 5, 6 & X still never work with this app or Kareoke system. Save your money and buy a different kareoke company that will take care of the problem. Show more

I can’t get the karaoke machine to pair with my iPhone! Have tried several times and still it just sits there and does NOTHING!!!

Really wish you could search for a song to see which volume needs to be purchased and download. As of right now I have to look through all 37 volumes for the song that I want. Huge waste of time especially if the song isn’t even in there. I have to reconnect the app to the karaoke machine every time I switch apps. There is a glitch with the app with my new iPhone Pro 12. The interface is really stretched out and buttons overlap. The last thing I can’t figure out is I have songs in my list with no song data. I really want to remove them so I don’t waste time plugging in numbers to songs that don’t work. Show more

The machine is good but downloading new songs is next to impossible! I bought a new song volume, but couldn’t even use it. We watched the YouTube instructions, it’s a long process and complicated! Is there anyway you can change how your app works? Show more

It’s frustrating. I can’t connect mines to wifi. It keeps saying wifi is not available...

You should update the software to work with the new IOS 14.2

We lost the remote and the app doesn’t give us the option to connect to a previous smartphone that already had a connection. Now we’re stuck with a system we can’t use. Make an option to connect using smartphone with/without remote please! Show more

The grand videoke is a great product I’m very happy with the presentation and fun factor of the machine. But adding new songs to the unit is something I couldn’t do. My app state that I need a update but there’s no way of updating. I’ve spent about 80 on bundles only to not be able to add them to my machine. Show more

So you’re not gonna be able to download new songs into your karaoke system unless you update your program first. The issue is, the system will not complete the update and will just ended up rebooting your system. And for that, there’s no use using this app to get new songs. And the bad part, technical service doesn’t know anything to fix these issues. They just recommend to reset the system and deleting every songs and updates you purchased. They can’t even bring back all the songs purchased that were deleted from resetting the system. They need to do better in their technical matters with these product because there are many same complaints with these same issues with the system program updates. Show more

This apps is so hard to use i already paired it to my iphone x but still i cant use my phone as a remote control to select song

This is crazy when the connection is out , its hard to connect again. Always failed

THIS APP DOESNT DO ANYTHING BESIDES BEING A POOR EXCUSE OF A REMOTE. YOU CANT DOWNLOAD ANY SONGS OR EVEN UPDATE THE SONG LIST THROUGH THE APP. WHENEVER I TRIED TO UPDATE, IT WOULD CRASH NOT EVEN 2% OF THE WAY THROUGH. THIS APP IS USELESS. Show more

Lots of songs have delayed lyrics. You cannot follow the lyrics unless you memorize the song. Hope they will update. This is not a cheap machine. And also, there are times that the sound just disappears and comes back after a while. Update: I updated the machine and nothing’s changed. You will not be able to follow the lyrics because it shows it slowly. The lyrics doesn’t show instantly. Or better if the lyrics will show more than 3 words per line. So hard to follow specially for upbeat music. Show more

This is the same thing that I’m experiencing. You guys need to do better and update the system itself. Despite of following all the instructions on the video, I still couldn’t transfer the updated songs and the code that I purchased. Please do something guys. Show more

a terrible app made by idiots

What happened, songs like Baby shark have disappeared?!?!

I don’t normally write reviews but I’m so fluttered at this point. This item holds good quality but this app keeps dropping signal. I can’t transfer songs to karaoke player. It doesn’t make sense when you pay nearly $600 and transferring songs that is available can’t be transferred to the karaoke player. It’s been a 4 days I’ve been trying to connect this app to the karaoke player. I will have to return it soon if I can’t get songs on. Show more
