Selecting and comparing seat options is an exercise in frustration and futility. Search has to be resumed from the very beginning after inspecting a single seating option. Seat numbers are also not given - only section and row numbers, with a tiny dot on a small locator map to gauge the location of the seats offered. Needs help! Show more

Took an hour to get tickets; finally just went to the website. The app would not show the fields for payment and the tickets at the seat I wanted, by friends, would lock for what 10 minutes every time I exited. Finally just went to the web. The app consistently just links to the web and I still can’t delete the cc I had there as primary from 2014 For the $14 fee on a $42 ticket, Live Nation needs to have a better app. Absolutely a stupid experience. Tickets on sale at 10am, wait in the queue, tickets sold out immediately, refresh at 10:03 all tickets on resale for double the price. What a stupid ticket system.

Tried to login to my account using the app, remains stuck on a black web browser authentication pop up. Impossible to add tickets to apple wallet from website as well.

Why do you not improve the app? Confusing and useless interface! Basically why don't you just show me my genres and upcoming shows near me? Please improve this app and site interface. Show more

This company is a joke they favor resellers and bots and let them scoop up all the tickets If you can get tickets selected it says they are gone when you put in cart I lived in and got in que as soon as it would allow sat in que till 10 am and still could not get tickets in my cart this company should be investigated by every state’s attorney general Show more

App is horribly buggy and slow, especially when purchasing a ticket requires you to sign in AGAIN.

Do you know how many times I’ve purchased tickets and it will still say I do not have any upcoming shows?

The biggest scam artists out there. All their stupid fees and dynamic pricing is a total scam. Why should I pay more if demand is high? It should be first come first serve and if you miss out, you miss out. Show more

Seriously the worst app- has horrible reviews and Apple just ignores that.

After selecting “No” to saving my credit card info in their system when purchasing parking for an event already ticketed, was still forced to click on “Add Card” to complete parking purchase. Would not accept payment without saving CC info and corresponding cookie & profile. Not happy about that. Show more

This app is very well organized used and easy to navigate. It will store your tickets and allow you to purchase through the app. I love the feature of marking favorite artists to alert you of their shows and set list. Show more
